You wouldn’t believe the headache I’ve had with Griffith Ford San Marcos. I splurged on a Ford F-150 King Ranch, thinking I was getting top-notch quality. At first, the folks there seemed super helpful, really selling that FordPass Premium Protection like it was the best thing ever. But once the papers were signed, it was like a different story.
Within a year and a half, weird stuff started happening. The A/C quit randomly, and the radio just went silent. Plus, there’s this annoying noise from the window seal on the freeway. The worst? During an oil change, they forgot to secure my tire properly. I found out a week later, which could've ended really badly.
When I went back, they fixed it but refused to address the rim they scratched. The service guy got all aggressive, and it took his manager to sort things out. Now, the battery's dead, and they want me to pay for it, despite the warranty they talked up. Feels like they just used that warranty talk to close the deal. If you’re thinking of heading there, I’d seriously reconsider.
