Site is not trustworthy, I paid for a product

Site is not trustworthy, I paid for a product two weeks ago and still haven't received it. They claim the product was shipped, but the shipping company hasn't gotten it. When I reach out to customer service, they never reply. Don't spend your money here as this seems like a scam, possibly based in Vietnam! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because Trustpilot removes all the 1 star reviews.

Beware

I ordered from them. After 3 weeks they have not provided merchandise I ordered. Their customer service email advised that the order was on its way. I do not believe that to be true. Their tracking link does not work. did not think I was one to fall for scams.

I can say that the first order was a gift and it took about 3 weeks to get here, which wasn’t too bad. So I placed another order for a poster, thinking it would arrive in a similar time. But today marks 16 days, and I’ve heard nothing from Printblur about the status of my order.. not a word since January 31st. I even paid extra for the "coffee" thing. They ask for reviews right after you order and take your money immediately. They don’t seem to understand how much business they’ve lost with me. I won’t buy from them again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They’re awful at keeping in touch, and honestly, I’d like my $40 back. Enjoy the free coffee, God Bless!!

Printblur offers a t-shirt that is great and will fit perfectly into my collection. I reached out to customer service with a question, knowing well that order creation takes time. This is explained clearly on their website. The processing and shipping time can take a few weeks, which is also mentioned upfront so customers know the waiting period. I had a query and received fast support with a clear reply from the customer service team.

Got my t-shirt today. It seems okay - right color and size, and the print is nice - but it's not a Comfort Colors shirt like they said. I saw this shirt on a few websites while looking. Chose Printblur becase I wanted the thicker fabric and better quality of Comfort Colors. But the one I got is a Gildan Softstyle 100% cotton tee. Thinner fabric and not as strong stitching as Comfort Colors shirts.

I didn’t know about this website before, but it turned out to be a really good experience, 9 out of 10! The turnaround was pretty fast (I THINK it took less than a week?). Everything was just as described. Communication was good, although I didn’t get an email saying, “Hey, your package has shipped, here’s the tracking,” or maybe it went to my spam?

I bought the "Honey Bee Hawaiian Shirt, Aloha Hawaii Shirt, Summer Shirt, Type: Unisex" and am pleased with the bright, colorful pattern. The shirt is well-made and durable. I got the wrong size, but customer service was great in sending me the correct one. Great service, product, and company! I will shop with Printblur again.

My grandson enjoys everything StarWars, this jacket was just right...I also got a hard bound book from George Lucas...details and fun facts about how the movie started....it was simple to order and shipped to my grandson...
