    I enjoy the comfort of the soft t-shirt and the design, but customers should be advised to size up at least two sizes rather than one for women's tees. At 5'3" with a small/medium build, the XL is too snug around the sleeves. I’m waiting for the company to get back to me about exchanging it for a larger size. I hope you uphold your policy on "free returns and exchanges." Edit to add - thanks a lot for your response on how you’ll manage the exchange. Much valued, and I would likely shop with this company again.

    While I love the design, I didn't give it a full 5 stars because the graphics appeared a bit lighter in color than expected. However, overall, I had a great experience, and I'll definitely be returning for future purchases. Looking forward to exploring more from this brand in the future!

    I ordered my shirts a week ago and received one of them a package that seemed to be opened and not sealed. I ordered 2 shirts and there was only one in the package. The shirt I did receive was a great quality, one was missing!😐️

    I purchased an customized Jersey on 7/4/25, and was sent an email stating that my item was shipped out on 7/7/25; however, after 3weeks (7/28/25) I still had not received my purchase. I contacted support and a day later, I was informed that the “delivery company missed my package”. I was offered a refund, credit, or to have this still shipped (15-20 business days). I asked that due to the error of the company, if this could be expressed shipped out for delivery by 8/8/25. I was informed that I would have to pay additional fees for express shipping, other than that it would not receive my item for another 9-21 business days. This was not any error of mine and I feel that the company did not effectively attempt to resolve the issue. The company would rather lose money with a refund, than to pay the cost of express shipping; due to the incompetence of their shipping methods. I would never attempt to order from this company again.

    Package arrived 6 days late

    I paid premium shipping so the shirt would arrive for an event. It arrived 6 days late. I emailed the company 4 dais before the event to make sure it would arrive on time. I had many conversations with them. They them only offered a refund of either the shipping or the shirt. The shirt is a costume shirt. Where would I ever wear it except for the event. They then told me they would offer the shipping and the cost of the shirt. When I asked about sending the shirt back they told me if I did that they would not be able to refund both. I waited 2 weeks and no refund was offered. I contacted them again and then they went back to saying I only get one of the refunds. What a joke of a company. I would never use them. I have never written a review before but I want to save someone from going from this same problem.

    ZERO STARS, HORRIBLE SERVICE

    I ordered a Christmas gift for my son on December 12. I immediately received an order confirmation and that was the last that I heard from them. The tracking number was for a shipping company in China that hasn't been updated since the original order. I reached out four separate times via their online (lack of) "support" link and got responses that I'd hear back within 12 hours. NO RESPONSE! I called their phone number (775-522-3666) and after 20 minutes of my questions and mostly silence on the other side, I was told "most of their packages will arrive between December 28 and 31", but my package couldn't be confirmed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! TOTAL SCAM!

    Runs way to small horrible customer service

    These shirts run very very small!! A small fits like an extra small! God forbid you Decide to wash it and it will probably fit a Barbie doll!!! I requested a replacement in a size medium!! Do not purchase from this company! They make you jump through hoops by getting a tape measure and measuring the shirt and will do everything in their power to not fix this issue!!! Stay far away from them or upsize upsize upsize!! This company has the worst customer service everrrrrrrrr!

    No order no response

    I ordered a hooded sweatshirt and paid extra to have it delivered by Christmas. Well, it's more than a week later and I don't have it. The only response is the "mailed and I should have it in a few days" That was a wee ago and I've got nothing. They advertise their customer service is great. It is NOT! Like I said, I paid extra for fast delivery. It's been a waste of money and they don't produce results. I feel cheated.

    Avoid buying from this website.

    Avoid buying from this website. My designs have been copied by several "sellers" and are being offered here. I have asked many times for my items to be taken down from this site, but I only get resistance. Please take down the items from icandycraftstudio (including the stolen pictures where you removed my logo). I will keep posting reviews until this issue is resolved. Don’t buy here. Thank you!
