SCAM - THESE SHOES HURT YOUR FEET -

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES! IT IS A SCAM! 1) their website says 100% guarantee.. NOT TRUE. - read their return policy. 2) their website says response within 24 hours NOT TRUE it's been over a week and I have sent a second inquire 3) you can NOT get customer service. repeatedly on hold for 30 minute then the line is answered and immediately disconnected. MOST IMPORTANTLY - THESE SHOES HURT YOUR FEET. I went on a short walk as soon as I got them a week ago. MY HEEL STILL HURTS! My heel did not hurt before. Their site reads designed in the USA to give a false impression .. these shoes are manufacture in China and the low quality reflects it. it is true that walking barefoot is good WHEN you are walking directly on the earth not on asphalt or a sidewalk. these people are in it for. money.. IT PISSES me off! they are taking advantage of people who have health conditions that really need some good help. SCAM SCAM SCAM -

PEAK-FOOTWEAR REFUND POLICY IS A SCAM

The Peak Footwear shoes I bought online did not fit. The shoes were mailed from Illinois. At the time I purchased them, their website stated they were located in the USA. The website no longer has a location listed. I emailed Peak shoes, telling them the shoes didn't fit and I wanted to return them for a refund. Osmond Ray emailed back stating in order to get a refund, I had to mail the shoes back to AUSTRIA. I live in the USA. The cost to mail shoes to Austria is astronomical--more than the cost of the shoes! I opened a dispute with PayPal. Osmond Ray said he would give me a 50% refund. Osmond Ray asked that I close the case with Paypal because, "before he could give me a refund, my outstanding open case with Paypal had to be closed". In good faith, I closed my Paypal dispute but I NEVER RECEIVED A Peak Footwear 50% REFUND as promised. PEAK FOOTWEAR REFUND POLICY IS A SCAM.

Rip Off

My shoes took over two weeks to arrive, and when they did, I found them uncomfortable and a bit shoddy looking. The website says that returns are at the buyer's expense, but it fails to mention that returns must be mailed to Shenzhen China (currently $72 for 1st class postage; $32 for slow boat). There is NO mention of Shenzhen China on the website; only an address in Delaware. Of course, they offered me an option: I could keep the poorly made shoes and accept a 40% discount on the purchase of another pair of poorly made shoes.

HORRIBLE Service

The website and order information says they ship with UPS and are 100% insured. Instead of using UPS they were delivered by SPEEDX The photo SpeedX provided showing delivery was NOT my address! I contacted Peak Footwear showing a photo of my door so they could compare it to where SpeedX said it was delivered. Peak wanted me to contact SpeedX to contest the delivery! Why??? Peak should follow up with them and re-ship my order and use UPS for delivery as advertised!

Avoid buying these awful shoes!!! If they don't fit, you can't return them at all. Such a bad company with terrible support.

PeakFootwear.com presents itself as an American Company located in Wyoming. Their shoes actually are shipped from China.

I really like my Peaks!

I really like my Peaks! In fact, I just got 2 more pairs of black ones to go with the 2 pairs of white ones I wear daily. I have nerve damage and neuropathy in my lower legs. Ever since I started wearing my Peaks, my feet don’t hurt or swell anymore! I should mention that I probably own around 50 pairs of shoes and care about fashion. But honestly, I wear my Peaks with almost everything except my dresses. Though, I have to say, I’m seriously thinking of starting a new fashion trend with them. I should be getting something for referring them because I know at least two people who bought multiple pairs after I told them about them. I even let them borrow a pair for a few days! Get a pair, you won't regret it!

I really enjoy my Peak shoes. I have neuropathy in my feet, which has always caused me issues with balance, often leading to falls. I bought my first pair in April 2024, and since then, I haven't fallen at all. They are so great that I'll be wearing my pink shoes to my daughter's wedding on May 10, 2025. I really like these shoes!

I really like these shoes! I had a total hip replacement nine weeks ago and was very scared of falling again. These shoes work just like they say. They helped me feel steadier and a lot of the pain when walking is gone now. The company is very helpful. When there was a problem with delivery, they replied quick to assist. I got the shoes and really liked them. Thanks Peak Footwear.

I really really like these shoes.

I put them on as soon as I wake up and keep them on until I go to bed. They feel very light, almost like wearing nothing. They don’t squeeze my feet and there’s lots of space for my toes, it’s crazy. Plus, my heels stay in place perfectly. The only problem was the shipping took way too long. I want to buy another pair soon after I choose a style.

I was unsure when making my first order, but it turned out really well. I got two pairs of dancing shoes, they came fast and the quality is really good. Very happy with what I got. After I placed the order, they emailed to check if the size I picked was right (I have quite a small size), and that felt realy nice and careful.

I’ve always been a big fan of shoes, and these ones quickly became a pair I really don’t want to be without. They fit great and look good with almost anything. I wear them all the time and get lots of compliments. For me, they’re just perfect for everyday use and special occasions alike.

Very comfortable right from the start, toes have plenty of space, and the breathable fabric is great since my feet often get too warm in other shoes. I now own 5 pairs and gave away 3 as presents. Definitely recommend their shoes.

OK but not work $70+

Hello, I ordered 2 pair of the shoes, and they are good for walking, but they don't offer any arch support. I accidently stepped on a rock and almost collapsed from the pain. I got caught in the rain and my feet got soaked. They are like having a cheap swim shoe. The company should not be advertising these shoes for hiking or any other activity that does not involve a smooth surface. These shoes are not work 70+ dollars.🤨

Warning. Buy elsewhere!!!

Ordered shoes on 6/30 and received order received on 7/1 and payment taken. Received an email on 7/1 that the order was received and ghosted since. Email enquiries return as delivery failure. Save your money and purchase elsewhere if you would like to receive your purchased product!! I had to leave at least a 1 to leave the review, but I'd leave a 0, if it were possible.

Buyer Beware!

If you like the shoes, no problem,I guess. However, don't be fooled by their "easy return". The return address on the package was from California, but the address they told me to return for a refund was in China. Postage fees were over $200! Now I am stuck with shoes that I have no use for since the fit is not comfortable for my feet. VERY UNHAPPY!

scam-stuck in "customs"

This is a scam. I ordered my shoes 2 months ago and it just says it is in "customs". When i contacted customer service to cancel my order, they said they couldn't do it. I have to refuse the order and when they get the shoes back they will refund my money. At this point I doubt I will see my shoes or my money!

SCAM

I ordered 4 pair. Long story short, their tracking company said they were delivered on 6/14/2025 by USPS. Never showed. Can't track through USPS bc there's no tracking number affiliated. I'm out $70. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
