What an experience! Pawrade delivered perfectly. Good communication, great follow-up, secure transport. I liked the clear explanation of the steps, and Pawrade's team reached out to me throughout without me needing to ask. I stayed informed and updated all the way. Now we have a happy, active puppy.

Pawrade is a great company

Pawrade is a great company. They know a lot about dogs and breeders. They talk a lot and do more than expected to help with getting a new pet. We got our dog five days ago and he's adjusting well. The puppies are cute and looked after well. They are bred with love and I highly suggest them.

When I was unable to see any dentist over the weekend and no one would prescribe antibiotics via phone, 24hrdoc saved the day. They arranged everything on a Sunday night, and my prescription was at the pharmacy before they opened. The service was quick, simple, and affordable.

The communication was good, and the details were clear. The puppy traveled a long way, from the mid west to the east coast, which took 3 1/2 days. He was a bit scared, but he’s a lovely golden retriever in perfect health. They really make sure everything is taken care of.

A pretty easy company to work with. We had a couple small problems to fix. We got a lively puppy and are doing our best to be patient and give her all the care she needs. We will start training on Friday. Georgia is a joy and seems healthy. Our time with them was alright.

Adopting Olivia was a pretty easy process.

Adopting Olivia was a pretty easy process. They usually responded to texts in a good amount of time, though I called a few times and kept getting sent to voicemail. I only managed to speak to someone once. They gave me a general area for pickup, which was about a 4.5 hour drive. But the day before pickup, I got the exact address, and that made the drive 6.5 hours instead. With such a long drive, I think it would have been better to get the address a day or two earlier. Another small issue was that the harness they gave was way too small for her. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I'd recommend and would use Parade again.

The transactions, transportation, and delivery were all smooth. However, there were two things worth noting. First, the $70.00 fee for all transactions. There were three in total, and this charge absorbed the discounts we didn't expect. Additionally, my vet confirmed that the puppy has Giardia. She was supposed to be checked by Pawrade before being transported.

The staff are friendly.

The staff are friendly. Also, the puppy is great, now called Addie/Lady. My only complaint/suggestion is that all department phone numbers should be on Pawrade. It's hard to call the right one back when needed, as all emails from Pawrade come from the same email.

Paw-rade has been real good

Paw-rade has been real good to deal with in gettin' our new puppy. Since first inquiry to delivery, communications has been wonderful. All questions/concerns were answered promptly. Team members (3 that we communicated with have all been great.
