Don’t waste your time with this app. It promises a lot but gives nothing. The subscription fees are huge and their support is awful. I got charged three times for a service I never used, and when I asked for a refund, they were really stubborn. I would never install this app again. They are dishonest thieves only after money, not your health. Be careful, don’t trust them. They are shady, take your cash and don’t provide any value. They emailed me about 10 times in one day just to argue and send their refund rules. They took a lot of money from me and left me with debt.

Hi!! At first, I thought the ornament app was a scam, but I decided to give it a try. It actually turned out to be a great tool for tracking my health with many markers. It would be even better if the report was presented in the form of graphs to observe the trends over time.

The learning process is quite quick

The learning process is quite quick, and it gives clear explanations of my blood test results in a way I can follow, something my usual doctor doesn’t have time to do. It also lets me track changes over time and keep a closer eye on my progress.

I actually understand what my test results mean now.

Finally an app that speaks human. I actually understand what my test results mean now. I like that it is fairly comprehensive and that lab results are accurately adjusted when reporting units differ.

Using this app made me feel lost.

Using this app made me feel lost. I don’t really understand how it works. A few years ago on New Year's Eve, I got stuck by a homemade needle in my thumb, then started taking meds to prevent problems, but since then I’ve been unwell. Thank the holy father I didn’t get any disease. Now, I have an immune system problem. The doctors just keep sending me in circles. So, I’m doing my best to handle this on my own. In the past 4 years, I don’t even recognize or feel like myself anymore.

The UI is quite nice to use.

The UI is quite nice to use. I have a family plan, but sadly all of us must log in with the same details. Also, at times it’s hard to figure out how to scan the reports… the instructions aren’t very clear. Perhaps a YouTube tutorial could make it simpler.
