I’ve been seeing Dr. Mahlon Chinn for more than 30 years.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Mahlon Chinn for more than 30 years. He’s very detailed and kind. Plus, he has a good sense of humor, which helps you feel at ease during visits. I never have to wait long for an appointment, and they always take me on time. The staff is very friendly and caring.

This experience was awful.
This experience was awful. Douglas O. Chinn, MD, sounded like a loud speaker. He talks about private details with his patients, and everyone in the waiting area hears it. Also, the women working there are just as unprofessional as him. Privacy should be respected in healthcare. Thank goodness he's not a lawyer! And he doesn’t respect time either, picking and choosing which patient to see first. Unbelievable!

I really don’t understand how this doctor is still working
I really don’t understand how this doctor is still working when so many people are treated so poorly by him. Is there a way to make an official complaint so that the Health Department can look into his qualifications? He has all the degrees required to be a doctor, but he lacks any real care or heart for his patients! He is the worst doctor I’ve ever met. Very unprofessional! I don’t know medical terms, and he made me feel like I was wasting his time by asking questions. He is rude, doesn’t care about how the patient feels, doesn’t listen to what the patient needs or suggests. It was like dealing with a robot. Yes, he removed my stone, but I would never want to see him again! Even his wife, Vivian, who works as the receptionist, is rude and impolite. She’s only nice to older patients or repeat visitors. I honestly felt discriminated against by them both. I would never go back to his office!
