Initially, I thought this might not be trustworthy. But after going through everything, I realized I was mistaken. This place is really helpful for those without insurance or who feel judged by regular doctors. The only trouble I faced was finding a pharmacy for my prescription. However, I discovered RX OUTREACH PHARMACY, where prices are low, and for a bit extra, they can mail your meds to you in two days. I didn't even know mailing meds was possible. They fill and mail almost any medication, which is great. I can't say enough good things about Medvidi and the online pharmacy. If anyone struggles to get their meds filled, which I'm sure many do, try this route. It's frustrating when pharmacies won't fill prescriptions from doctors more than 50 miles away. It's tough for recovered addicts like me, trying to live normally and needing psychotropic meds. But Medvidi, thank you for giving people like me a chance to live normally. You're a lifesaver. THANK YOU.

The pharmacy eventually got the prescription, but they can't proceed to fill it because the provider is out of the area. The pharmacist is struggling to contact the doctor's office, and despite my numerous calls and emails to customer support, there hasn't been any progress in having the doctor reach out to the pharmacy for script verification. The situation is quite exasperating.

Unfortunately, the scheduled session remained in the booking phase, and my attempts to contact them via phone or email have proven futile. This has resulted in a frustrating situation, with $160 seemingly gone without any resolution in sight.

My purchase from this company was a complete disaster. Despite the website confirming my appointment in Central Daylight Time (CDT), their system had it scheduled in Eastern Standard Time (EST). This mix-up cost me $200, and considering I've just spent 10 days in the hospital, the disappointment is beyond words. I'm feeling utterly debilitated right now.

David McCall and Jennifer Beltran are the providers I have seen most recently and they are both really good. They listen, don’t judge, and ask lots of questions to figure out the best treatment plan. Dr. Beltran even helped me with a CT scan reading that my GP left me a bit confused about! I have been a patient of medvidi and ezcare clinic since there was a location in Santa Ana, Ca years ago. Anyway, yesterday and today I had trouble getting my rx filled because all the pharmacies were out, but a care rep named Bella Storm took care of it for me in under an hour, by far the quickest out of any team member I have worked with before. She actually spotted something that no one else saw and it was such a simple mistake on my part and the pharmacy. Bella saved the day. I would tip her if I could. (As far as problems that’s how it goes with so many moving parts and it’s just been a few in 5+ years but sometimes it’s taken a few days) also sometimes the connection on the phone can be very hard to understand with the customer service, but whatever equipment Bella is using, she came through crystal clear. Thanks for your help guys. I feel better knowing you’re there for me regarding my wellbeing.

I really like having Dr. Farhan as my doctor.

I really like having Dr. Farhan as my doctor. I've been to a lot of doctors over the years, some good and some not so good, and he's one of the better ones. The woman who answered the phone at their office around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2nd, was also great. Even though it was almost closing time, she was quick to help me out and fix a mistake. If it weren't for her, I'd probably be writing this from a hospital room. I didn't catch her name, but I want to make sure her bosses know she did an awesome job fixing everything for me and staying in touch until it was all sorted out. I don't have insurance at the moment, and other doctor's offices charge a lot for walk-ins, so I don't mind the $150 charge, but a coupon now and then would be nice. If you're getting treatment with Medvidy, start with Dr. Farhan. He’s the best, but also, shout-out to the amazing woman working that evening, she’s awesome!

I've been going to MedVIDI for a few years now and while things were a bit rough at the start, they’ve steadily improved. They’ve updated their website and added a patient portal, plus the doctors are really great. I've been seeing my doctor for over 2 years now, and I always look forward to our visits. I also want to thank Arthur, my doctor’s assistant. He’s gone above and beyond what you’d expect from an assistant. He genuinely cares about the patients, which is something you don’t see much. Thanks MedVIDI, and big thanks to Arthur for all his hard work and support, especially during busy times like the holidays when schedules are packed.

I've been with Medvidi almost a year. Mickey, your team member, was the most professional and caring. He handled my issue quickly, kept in touch every step of the way, and managed to calm me down. My phone overheated and shut down, so I couldn't turn it on until it cooled down. When I finally called, he dealt with it in 15 minutes, got me a new appointment for the next day, and fit me into the doctor's schedule somehow. What a suprise to get a call letting me know

What a suprise to get a call letting me know there’s another option for my medicine when my pharmacy ran out. She took the time to check with my pharmacy, see what they had, and call me back to explain they could ajust the dose with two pills instead of one. I’ve never had a doctor go this far to assist me. And when I asked the pharmacy myself, they didn’t even offer this solution. I’m really grateful to have joined this company, and Elizabeth is truly a help. Thank you so much!

I've been seeing Dr. David Okonkwo for a while now

I've been seeing Dr. David Okonkwo for a while now, and he’s really made a difference in my care. He always listens carefully to all my concerns and really tries to help with everything. I think he's a great doctor, and honestly, he’s probably the only reason I’m still sticking around. The only problem I’ve had is connecting to the video chat. But the staff has been very nice and helped me sort it out. I would surely suggest him to my friends and family.

Brian from Medvidi was really helpful in contacting my provider to sort out a mistake at the pharmacy. He promised he would handle it within 30 minutes and called me back in just 15 minutes. He fixed the problem, and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy quickly. If it weren’t for Brian, I would have missed out on getting my medication before my trip. Thanks Brian!

Medvidi did everything they could to support me with my mental health and get me my medication during the national shortage. They checked in with me many times and kept in touch to ensure I got the best care I could. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my mental health.
