I got a custom pair of crocs for my girlfriend’s birthday. The shipping was quick and easy, and I got the shoes faster than I thought I would. The design turned out even better than I imagined, so that was a nice surprise. She wears them all the time now. I’m definitely planning to buy from here again in the future and would suggest this place to others. Great job overall, 10/10 service!

I'm quite pleased with how everything turned out. Ordered a Father's Day gift early (April 13) as I wasn't sure about the delivery time. Received the preview in the mail three days later, and the product arrived yesterday (May 2)! The communication was nice too. I'm usually cautious about ordering from companies in other countries (I'm from the NL), but this was a good experience!

The website was alright to navigate

The website was alright to navigate. The shirts looked decent, but they run slightly small. The prints were fine too. Giving it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 because it took over 3 weeks to arrive after they were made, despite the website saying they'd be ready in 2 days.

The graphics looked nice, but I picked a size according to the size chart and it turned out to be too small. My husband couldn't fit into it.

The image looked oddly stretched and weird. I've gotten shirts from here before where a real graphic designer worked on the photo and it turned out great. Not sure if the ties don’t have that now or if they've stopped doing it altogether. I don’t think I need to order from this place anymore if the images are only edited by a computer. The sample picture when I uploaded it was stretched, but I assumed that was just the website. I also don’t understand why it had to be like that; the original image should’ve been fine.

The product is acceptable, but the shipping process was disappointing. Despite paying extra for expedited service with full tracking, it took over a month. The package lingered in New York for weeks without updates, and the seller ignored my emails. The overall experience, coupled with the cost, did not justify the product.
