This company shines in customer service. First, the pet portrait arrived fast. BUT, the portrait was actually...poor. I quickly reached out to customer service, and they were very fast to reply and start on a new one at NO extra charge. They sent me a new portrait that was really great. It's now one of my top gifts given. This company will help you if you're not pleased with the first version of your portrait!

The art team does a great job!
This is the second time I’ve used West & Willow to send a pet portrait to a friend who recently lost a pup. It always brings tears of joy once delivered. The art team does a great job! Highly recommended them for their beautiful and touching work.

Ordering was simple, and the delivery came on time.
Ordering was simple, and the delivery came on time. I wish the colour for one of our dogs matched better, as she's a dark brown but the print looks black. It would be useful to have a place to describe the colour or perhaps an email confirmation before it’s finalised (like a mockup to review).

So happy with how the photo came out! Pleased with the final result and how close it looks to my photos I gave them. Would recomend others to get their pet pictures done by West and Willow!
