I've been ordering from here when they were known as Petcanva back in 2018 and I just purchased another pillow and I was left speechless! The art work was spot on and just identical to my dog. The material of the pillow is amazing as well! This is my third time ordering and I will be ordering for my family’s dogs because they saw mine and wanted one! Haha! Order you won't regret it!

I got one bag first and was confused, but they were nice about it. I wish they had told me about the seperate shipments, so I'd know another one was coming.

I buy their pee pads for my dogs and they work well! I haven't had any issues with my orders. I have the pee pads set to autoship, which I can change or cancel whenever I need. Their customer service is excellent.

I gotta tell you about my experience with Alpha Paw. My old kitty, who's blind and deaf now, needed some extra help getting around. I bought a bunch of their ramps, and they've been lifesavers. She can still get to her favorite spots without any trouble. Recently, I got her the OrthoPlush bed, but at first, she wouldn’t go near it. I figured it was because she couldn’t see it. Almost gave up, but then I tried putting it on my bed. Lo and behold, she climbed in and now absolutely loves it. Big thanks to Alpha Paw for thinking about our furry friends' needs!

I bought two items, paid for them together, but only got one. Got a tracking number, but it's weird they didn't ship them together. The carrier says they haven't even got the package yet. I've reached out to them nine times through Facebook, Messenger, and email, but they just keep saying I'll get it eventually. Spent more than $100 and only got half my order. Checked other reviews and it looks like I'm not the only one dealing with this. They're ignoring people and not getting back to anyone. Not happy at all with this service.
