Trusted Housesitters was een goeie ervaring voor ons. De eerste keer dat we onze hond bij een vreemde lieten, waren we zenuwachtig - ook al had de oppas een 5-sterren beoordeling via het programma. Maar het was een goeie ervaring voor iedereen - inclusief onze hond. We zitten nu in ons 5de jaar met Trusted Housesitters en we kunnen zonder twijfel zeggen dat dit programma heel goed werkt. Het brengt huis-/huisdiereigenaren samen met goeie oppassers die ook fijne mensen zijn die in je huis willen blijven en voor je huisdieren willen zorgen. Het is een win/win.

My husband and I had a hard time finding someone to watch our dog when we go on trips. But not any more! Using Trusted Housesitters has been a great experiance. We've had different people stay at our home and care for our pets for short and long periods, and it's worked out nicely. We save money, meet new people, travel, and they get to stay with our pets and explore the area for free. It’s a win for everyone. I hope that after more time with TH, we can have the same sitters come back to make things easier.

After paying $500 for a neighbor's niece to sit just once—I don't think she was around much—we are so pleased to have found multiple great sitters! They are very professional in all aspects. We can confidently leave town knowing they'll take care of our demanding home and simple kitty without any trouble. We can now travel with peace of mind!

I agree with others who find the website a bit awkward and occasionally tricky to navigate, but we managed to use it, and it worked well for us.

Trusted House Sitters has been our go-to for years. This last sit was as good as always. We interviewed six sitters and chose one. She did a great job caring for our home and dogs for 7 weeks.

This company doesn't seem to

This company doesn't seem to care about the people who offer their homes for stays. My recent experience was not good. The person who stayed at my place didn't feed my pets properly, leaving them hungry. Also, there was damage to my property. When I tried to write a review about the house sitter, they wouldn't let me. I tried to complain about this, but they promised to call me back at 12pm GMT and ended up calling at midnight, only to hang up after one ring. The reviews of house sitters are unreliable, and you can't trust who stays in your home. The company seems aware of this issue but doesn't take any action.
