    Ordered an engine with low miles, but got a beat-up

    Ordered an engine with low miles, but got a beat-up one with 199K instead. Sent it back, yet now they ignore my calls and emails. It's hard to belive they’re allowed to run a business. I’ve reported them to several agencies, including Delaware and Oregon DOJ, BBB, and the FTC. It's a slow process, but their various names are all under investigation. Seriously, do your homework and check for complaints on official sites. Try buying local if possible—at least you can go there in person. It seems like they’re a scam based overseas. Months later, I’m out $3825, still without an engine.

    I want to thank Mike Evans at My Autopart Market for his excellent service. Mike was really helpful and quick to respond during the whole process of buying a reman transmission for my ford explorer. He made sure I got the product on time and that it was just what I needed.     Quick delivery and good-quality products. I chose My Autoparts after a disappointing experience with another supplier, where the parts I bought were really poor. I drive a 2018 car, so local shops didn’t have anything available. The prices were a bit higher than I thought, but the items were solid.

    Great experience ordering from this company.

    Great experience ordering from this company. I saved $85 by getting a genuine Ford part for my Ranger WildTrak. Even though it came from the Eastern States and I’m in Washington, the delivery time was really good. Keep up the good work, and hope this continues!

    The company responds when you call from different numbers, but as soon as you reveal your identity, they disconnect and continue blocking calls. This is not a trustworthy business and seems like a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You will be disappointed.
