Ordered something online, paid $600, and got sent the wrong item. Checked online, it says it's in stock, but got an email saying it’s out of stock. Confusing, right? They shipped it to a CVS drop-off, which I picked up, but they claim I didn’t. It's like they want me to say I never got it, but I did. Now they’re acting like I’m the one in the wrong. I just want my money back or the right item sent. Seems fair, right? But no, they’re making it harder than it should be. Just want a refund or what I actually ordered.
