MotionVFX has been incredibly accommodating when it comes to customizing their templates. I requested a specific change to an existing template, and they managed to make it happen within just three days. This level of responsiveness and willingness to cater to customer needs is commendable. As a result, I've not only received the modification I wanted but also purchased five more templates from them. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly praiseworthy.

I use other services too, but I choose MotionVFX for its high standard. One great thing is that many templates come as separate parts, so you're not stuck with one timeline. Their customer support is OUTSTANDING. I had a problem with a project recently (I’m in Australia), and once they started their day in Poland, they fixed it and sent it back. It’s not common these days. Highly suggest it!!!!

This company's support is the best I've encountered in the last ten years. Unlike other places that just tell you to restart your computer, they actually provided useful assistance, and it didn't take much time at all. Their support is truly outstanding.

This company be really good at what they do. Had issue with the "show/hide" thing on Inspector's effects button, couldn't see LUTs. Jakub spent lots of time helping fix it, much thanks!

Paying for plugins twice, that’s just ridiculous

The only company that sells you their plugins for a one-time fee and expects you to pay them for a second time via a subscription if you want to use their new plugins. Instead of just offering the new plugins via subscription. Everyone who spent a lot of money there and trusted them is doomed.
