    The user experience for canceling a Symphony app

    The user experience for canceling a Symphony app subscription is terrible. You can't do it yourself manually. The help guide says to go to your Symphony account profile and hit delete, but it just redirects you to a 'cleeng' login. If you face this problem, it's better to contact Cleeng directly as I did to handle your cancellation.

    Calm down big guurls with harsh words, I dunno why the noise 'bout them. They just do the billin' for whatever ya sign up for (usually streamin' stuff). If ya got a prob, it's with the service. Cancel it, then no more billin' from yer account.

    Been tryin' to unsubscribe for a while now, but it makes it so hard to do. The login details say my password is incorrect, but when I try to reset password, it never gets sent to my email. Definitely some sort of scam goin' on.

    Absolutely not cool.

    Absolutely not cool. Bought a one month school pass. Couldn't cancel auto renew, no visible function. No customer service. Billing handled by CLEENG in Amsterdam. Charged me early.

    Cleeng handles "subscriber retention" for the B1G+ streaming service. Their strategy for keeping me as a subscriber is to make it very hard to cancel and then renew me automatically for another year. The account features don't function and their website is a confusing loop that always brings you back to the homepage. I called them two times to cancel, but they still charged me. I’ve challenged their new charges with my credit card company. Follow-up: Two weeks after their reply here, they have still not reached out to resolve this fraud.

    They never notified me

    They never notified me about renewing the service. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get in touch with anyone at CLEENG. Finally, I found a way to contact them, and all they had to say was, "Sorry, no refunds for you because you used the service for one day already!" To make it worse, there were no new shows, only reruns. This was supposed to be for Fans Choice American Flat Track, but my credit card statement said "NFL," which was a double whammy because I can't stand the NFL.

    Similar to numerous customers, I too encountered difficulties attempting to terminate my subscription. Unfortunately, the process to reset my password proved futile as no email notification was dispatched to my registered email account. This situation has raised concerns, leading me to question the legitimacy of the service, especially considering the recurring deductions from my account. Resolving this matter and promptly canceling my subscription is imperative.

    This company is a joke - I keep running into issues whenever I try to delete my account or cancel my subscription. They say to contact the broadcaster to cancel, but the broadcaster has no record of my subscription, and they can't find any transaction. NAB Fraud told me I need to block my card and get a new one. I’ve sent Cleeng a request for help, but they haven’t replied. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING THAT USES CLEENG!

    scam, seriously!

    I found this sketchy charge on my Discover card, and I never signed up for it. It's been a total pain trying to reach an actual human to sort it out. I think I'll have to go through Discover's dispute process. What a scam, seriously!
