We’re really happy with Liam as our Vagaro account manager.

We’re really happy with Liam as our Vagaro account manager. We’ve had our account for two years, and he’s been great! Every time we’ve had a problem, he’s quick to fix it. Liam also takes care of all calls for new team members using the system, which takes a lot of pressure off me as a salon owner. His replies are always fast, and his support makes everything go smoothly. We’re so lucky to have Liam as our account manager. His service is great, and Vagaro is just perfect for our salon!

I had a great experience

I had a great experience with their customer service. Needed help navigating the app, which has solid reports and filtering but took a bit to master. Reached out to customer service, and they were super responsive and accurate in their answers. They actually listened to what I was asking, didn't try to sell me on anything extra, just focused on solving my issue. They showed me how to get the exact info I needed from the software without any fuss. It's nice dealing with a company that respects your time and gets straight to the point. Overall, pretty happy with how it all turned out.
