    I’m new to Lindywell and really enjoying it.

    I’m new to Lindywell and really enjoying it. Robin and the other instructors understand muscle anatomy well, so I always feel safe in their care. I used to be a fitness instructor for 25 years, but that was some time ago, and it’s great to find a platform that focuses on safety, provides modifications, and emphasizes progress over perfection. The daily workouts are also a big plus since the variety in length and style makes sure no muscle group gets overworked. I’ve completed all 20 days so far and even added extra workouts some days. I’m 81, and it feels great to “keep up” with Robin!

    I joined Lindywell in 2017

    I joined Lindywell in 2017 and have kept up with Pilates regularly since then. The workouts are diverse and enjoyable, and I appreciate Robin and the other instructors' teaching methods. The app is very user-friendly, with plenty of filtering options to find a workout that fits your mood or schedule. The calendar feature is handy, showing your exercise days and what workouts you’ve done. I always find something interesting when selecting a workout.

    I really like it! :) The time flies fast during my session. Robin is lively, happy, and skilled... I like her a lot :) Pilates is new to me, and I find out every time how much I enjoy this way of training. Robin combining Pilates and exercises for a workout makes me very happy. It’s always a pleasure to do the training, and my body and mind feel better every time :) I suggest Lindywell a lot to help us feel our best!

    I really enjoy using this app and doing the Pilates challenge. The sessions are just the right length to make me feel and see results without being too much. The instructions from the instructor are really useful. I’ve tried Pilates in the past, but I never felt like I knew which muscles I was working, but with this app, I finally do. After each workout, I often stay on the mat and do more optional exercises.

    I’m pleased with my decision to join

    I’m pleased with my decision to join. I spent a LONG time searching for an app with good Pilates classes, and I thought Lindy might be just another so-so choice, but I’m glad I tried it out. The fascia flow classes have been a real help for me. I feel WAY better after them, and I really enjoy the mix and level of the other classes overall. The ocean sound in the background is also a nice touch.

    I really enjoy the calendar programs.

    I really enjoy the calendar programs. The different durations and focuses are just right. I don't feel stressed out but I do feel like I'm getting things done. I can also add activities like walking, gardening, and playing with my kids for more movement. I'm planning to stick with the calendar for a few months and then move on to some more specific workouts.

    Lindywell offers a nice app with exercises and other material that is simple and clear to use. The weekly planner is well made with different time options and balanced workouts. The exercises are simple to do, and I like that they are recorded on a beach close to the ocean.

    I really like how many different instructions

    I really like how many different instructions there are and the good attitude. The calendar helps me stay on track and it is totally doable. I have been part of this since 2017 when it was Balanced Life and now it covers health, fitness and good vibes. Thanks a lot.
