Unreliable Service and Frustrating Experience with Limeandlou
I had an abysmal experience with Limeandlou. I ordered a Personalized Embroidered Hoodie for my wife as an anniversary gift on December 2nd, with a promised delivery date of December 11, 2024. Now it’s December 13, and my order hasn’t even shipped!
The customer service is horrendous. They don’t have a phone number—just a form to fill out for email responses. I submitted my inquiry and received an automated reply claiming my order was on its way, which turned out to be a complete lie. Here’s the timeline:
December 11: I asked for an urgent update.
They sent an automated response saying my order was on the way.
December 12: I pointed out that the tracking number showed no shipment.
They insisted it would arrive in three business days.
December 13: I followed up again, and crickets—no response.
Limeandlou’s service is shockingly bad. I wouldn’t trust them with another gift. If this is how they treat customers, it’s clear they don’t care about fulfilling their promises. I’ll update this review only if I ever receive the product, but right now, I’m utterly frustrated and dissatisfied.
