I bought something for Mother's Day and it got here on time. There was a lil' typo on it and when I contacted their support they fixed it in a day. The thing's quality is good for the money and their customer service is great.

The process of creating our Pawcreations was really enjoyable; it was simple and the result looked great. I did run into a small problem with the system processing my payment while I was working late, and by the time I contacted support the next day, the shipping date had changed by a day, which didn’t fit my schedule. When I contacted customer service, they suggested upgrading my shipping for an extra $15, but unfortunately, my order didn’t arrive when I needed it, nor on the updated date. However, these minor inconveniences are nothing compared to how much we love having our pets’ artwork on the wall, seeing them brought to life every day.

Gift-giving is awesome, but it's even better when the recipient knows who to thank! It's a bit of a bummer that during the ordering process, there wasn't an option to include a gift card. Imagine the mystery until you spilled the beans on who sent the fantastic gift. Hopefully, they were pleasantly surprised, even if the reveal came a tad later!

I paid extra for faster shipping, the product was promised, but it never arrived, and I can’t get a refund on the extra shipping charges. I do appreciate the response, but it’s still been a disappointing experience. I just hope it’s worth it in the end.
