Contacted their customer support, who were very helpful in providing information about the right range hood filters for my Kenmore Elite range hood above the stove. Also, Lighting Supply was much cheaper for the OEM filters compared to all other competitors. Will buy again from Lighting Supply in the future.

The advertised diameter didn't match the actual size
I received a prompt delivery, but encountered a sizing issue with one of the globes. The advertised diameter didn't match the actual size, making it incompatible with my wooden wall scones. I had to modify one of the scones by sanding it down and restaining it to make the globe fit. While the delivery was efficient, the sizing discrepancy led to an inconvenience in my installation process.

Making order online and paying was simple, item came on time as told. Problem is wrong item was sent. Supposed to be model # KN-COB-B-LPM, assembly # 9CO5-LP. Instead, what arrived was model # KN-COB-LP2, assembly # 9CO5-LP2.
