So, I had a rough time with Le Garage Mode recently and thought I'd share my story to warn others. I returned some clothes worth over 100 EUR three weeks ago, and ever since, it's been a nightmare trying to get my money back. Their website says the refund process is easy, but that's a joke. Martina from customer service was helpful at first but then just stopped being useful. They even confirmed that my package arrived and claimed the refund was initiated, but I haven't seen a dime. It's super frustrating and honestly feels disrespectful. They really need to step up their game because this is just not okay. Seriously, think twice before shopping with them. It's not worth the headache. Update: Still no refund, and now I'm out both the clothes and the cash.
