I ordered from this company over a month ago, and it's been a nightmare. They keep sending me emails saying my order is on its way, or they're on vacation, but nothing ever arrives. Every time I reach out, I get the same runaround. I'm starting to think they’re just scammers. It's frustrating because I trusted them and now I feel like my money is gone. I wouldn't trust them with another cent. If you're thinking about buying from them, don't. They will just take your money and leave you hanging. Definitely not a good experience.

I had high hopes when I ordered Photochromic bi-focals from these guys, but boy was I wrong. Instead of getting what I paid for, they sent me regular readers. When I told them about the mistake, they offered me a measly $3.00. After sending them pictures of everything – the bill, the glasses, and the packaging – they upped it to $5.00. Seriously? A couple of years back, they were solid, but now it's a whole different story. Don't waste your money here; they’ve really gone downhill.
