The return process was burdensome, lacking a prepaid label, and I had to incur my own expenses for the return. Adding to the frustration, the company informed me that the refund would only be processed within the next 30 days, effectively utilizing my money for their purposes during that period. Attempts to seek assistance from customer service proved fruitless, with nearly an hour spent in a chat session resulting in no resolution. Regrettably, I strongly discourage others from making purchases here, given the apparent disregard for customer concerns and the cumbersome return process.

Kohls is switching my credit card to a Visa rewards

Kohls is switching my credit card to a Visa rewards card without asking me first. Customers should have been informed and allowed to choose whether to accept or reject this change. I don't want a Capitol One Visa. It looks like the change has already started, so I can't prevent Kohls from issuing it. I will have to call AFTER it’s issued to switch it back to a Kohl's card. If this shows on my credit report as closing the Capitol One card, I will escalate my complaint.
