I just ordered my vent hood.

I just ordered my vent hood. I’ve been worried about this for a while. I talked to folks at restaurant supply shops and got no where since my ceiling is low. Debbie made it really simple. She asked questions and put together a plan based on my needs and limits. She was very patient and even changed my order a few times, adding and removing items so I could make the best choices with my budget. I’m glad this big step is done and I’m not stressing about it anymore. I just wish I had found this company sooner! I can’t wait to get the vent hood! I’m sure it will be as good as the customer service.

The company is very good. Mike knows a lot about the product and helped me a lot with technical stuff. He explained how the control panel connects to the vent system in an easy way. Mike also called me to check if I finished the wiring we talked about. He answered my call when the system started working to make sure it was okay. Mike's support was better than any other support I've had in my personal or work life.

Awesome on the phone. I bombarded them with questions about my exhaust fan, and they patiently answered them all, helping me make the perfect choice. Two days later, they hit me up, saying they'd drop my order between 9 and 4. Right on the money. The delivery guy even gave me a ring to figure out where and how to drop off the goods.

Upon reaching out to the customer service, I was assured that a refund for the duplicate charge would be processed within 48 hours. However, despite their promises, the refund hasn't materialized even after 5 days. Consequently, I find myself with $2,300 in limbo, stuck in a frustrating situation with this company, Hood Mart.
