I placed an order for samsple on 2/26, with the website stating a delivery time of 3-5 business days. My credit card was charged on the same day.
However, it's now been 10 business days, and I haven't received any confirmation email, tracking information, or the samples themselves.
Despite reaching out to customer service via email and [email protected], I haven't received any assistance or replies after 6 days.
This delay is causing a setback in my remodeling project, extending it by at least one week.
Overall, my experience has been very disappointing. I'm hopeful that the situation can be resolved, but as of now, it's been frustrating.
