Experienced absolutely dreadful customer service. They mistakenly shipped my merchandise to the wrong address, and despite making four calls, no one was able to resolve the issue with FedEx. Frustrating experience, and eventually, I had to give up.

The quality of service from Henry Meds has been below what I expect from a good company. I've had a hard time getting things sorted when dealing with them. The way they handle everything is not great, and it's taken longer than I hoped for my treatment to ship. Answers to my questions take too long, and I must say again, Henry Meds doesn't seem to have their process figured out. You might want to consider other options for your TRT needs.

I wasn’t dropping as much weight as I thought I would, but they suggested a 20cc dose increase with a small extra charge. She was very nice and caring. I would surely suggest her, I went in thinking nobody would understand my health problems since I’m at the gym 5 to 6 days weekly. I exercise but other health problems have damaged my body a lot. She made me feel listened to, she knew a lot about PCOS and other hormone issues I deal with. I am really glad I had my appointment with her. This company has made the entire process really simple so far.
