The company made mistakes with my order

The company made mistakes with my order, sending the wrong item twice. When I had to reorder, I was charged for shipping again. After emailing them, they were slow to respond and didn't want to give a refund at first. Now, they've been "investigating" for over a month, and I'm not sure I'll get my money back. It seems like they might be shipping from a cheap warehouse with high prices. Avoid this company; it feels like a scam. I paid full price and extra shipping but never received the correct item.

I wish I could give them no stars. I ordered a dress and they gave me the wrong size. They said I have to return it, and I’m the one who has to pay for shipping, even though it was their fault. Shipping cost me about $20! There’s no phone number, just email, and they keep repeating the same thing. This company is a rip off. Avoid buying anything from them. It’s shipped from China. I’m still waiting to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Whatever you do, please do not order from this company!! I'm in dire need of returning a dress that doesn't fit, and I've sent them four emails with absolutely no response. It's no surprise when I discovered that they ship from China. What's even worse, when I try to sign into my account, it claims I don't even have an account anymore!! This company deserves zero stars.

I'd give this website 0 stars if I could. It's an outright scam. I ordered a formal dress, and they refused to accept returns. No one responded to my emails, and the phone number listed on the website was a dead end. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this site.

The quality of the dress was horrible. No beds, cheap material, not even a tag. Customer service was non existent. Nobody got back to me when I emailed them twice for an update on my order. Our order came late too. I will NEVER order from this website.
