I really like the quality of their products.

I really like the quality of their products. At Gap, for more basic and simple pieces, my go-to is jeans, and at Banana Republic, I find great options for smart-casual and work clothes. The sizing fits well, it's true to what I expect. I also enjoy how easy it is to order online and get my items sent to a store. Since I live abroad, that option is super convenient. Returning or exchanging items bought online is also so simple, just take them to the closest store. I’ve never run into any issues. Plus, they deliver to Europe, which is great!

Gap and BR are among my favorite shops. Quick shipping, simple returns. The quality is nice. I hope they focus more on sustainability, other than that, no issues.

As a busy professional, I spend thousands yearly on clothing. I want a smooth process. Sadly, I've had missing items, unlisted things, damaged clothes, and items not matching their photos. When I reach out to their customer service, I get almost no help. The phone staff is hard to understand and seem uninterested. They offer no support, so I'm taking my business elsewhere, as they seem more concerned with saving money than serving customers. I prefer companies that value their customers. It's essential to have a call center in the same country as your clients to avoid communication issues. I might return if they fix their problems, but for now, I'm upset and returning all my new purchases. This includes around $1,000 worth of clothes. I can find what I need elsewhere with better service.

Please avoid ordering from this company. I wish I had looked at these reviews sooner. I spent over $300 on clothes, and five minutes later, I realized my old address was still linked to the account. I called them IMMEDIATELY... but it still took 5 minutes to get it sorted. They told me to cancel the order, get a refund, and reorder. That's what they said they did... canceled it. Two days later, I received an email saying it had shipped. I called again, and they claimed there was no guarantee it would be canceled... WHAT? They suggested I reach out to UPS to change the address. UPS told me I COULDN'T change the address since the vendor disallowed it. It still hasn't shipped, and Banana Republic refuses to change the address or cancel the order. They mentioned I would need to file a claim once I don’t receive it. WHO DOES THAT?

I have bought several products from BR over time.

I have bought several products from BR over time. Unfortunately, I’ve dealt with some delivery issues through USPS and Navar/Ontrac as well. Most recently, one order arrived with the bag slightly torn, and one of the items was missing. I reached out to BR, but they informed me that they couldn’t help with a refund for the missing item. This has left me a bit disapointed and likely rethinking future orders with BR.
