I haven’t noticed any fleas on my Kymber yet, and I’m happy with the product. It smells nice and doesn’t seem to bother Kymber at all. My only concern with the 12-month option is that the attachment might be too big for smaller dogs. I’ve had no problems with customer service; they’ve been very helpful.

I decided to give the tick collars a go for both my dogs during the summer. I was a bit concerned since we live in a rural area, but the collars did the job! I'm glad to have found a more natural way to manage ticks for my pets. I've already ordered the pendants for the summer, since they also help with fleas. There was a small problem with shipping and being charged, but the customer service team solved it fast.

Money back guarantee a JOKE!

My dog can't use the collar due to an allergic reaction. I requested a refund with an explanation. First offer was 40%!!! Then 60%. Now it is 80% with the return of the product. Even when I copied and pasted their own return policy showing a money back guarantee with NO QUESTIONS ASKED AND NO RETURN OF PRODUCT NECESSARY! What a joke! These folks must be paid on commission. We'll see what their final offer is but I won't stop until I receive a full 100% refund even if I have to escalate to a supervisor.

I purchased this for my dogs with high hopes. Plus I liked the fact they had a 30 day return if not satisfied. Well Its been 2 weeks. And It is not working for my dog. I requested a refund and was offered 40% of what i paid. I replied I want a full refund and I will return the Furlife, now no response! Buyer beware. Buy something else that really works!

Purchased 3 dog collars w a 100% money back guarantee. They offered mea 40% refund. I said no. Then an 80% and a 100% refund if I mail it back at my expense. I have asked them for Thier address and they have ghosted me AND removed Thier offers from my email. I had taken screenshots though. Common thieves.

I thought that I finally found a product that would take care of my dogs flea problems, so I bought three. It's been two months now and my dogs are scratching and bitting themselves more than ever, very sad. I tried to call customer service to no avail.

Doesnt work

They also do not honor their 30 day money back guarantee. My dog wore this for over 25 days and she would still get Ticks while we are hiking.
