Now that my Hampton Settee has been delivered promptly and is safely set up in my apartment, I'm eager to share my review! The Hampton Settee has exceeded my expectations. It's just the right size – not too large like a "couch," but a perfect "settee" for a moderately sized room. The fabric is absolutely stunning, and the overall construction feels impressively sturdy. This piece of furniture is ideal for either filling an empty space or adding that final touch to a room's decor. I selected the "yellow" option, which is a bold, rich mustard color, and it provides the ideal burst of vibrancy. The service has been excellent!

LOVE the Asian wrap organic cotton short sleeve pajamas from Garnet Hill. Lovely fabric, nice design and shades. Got a pair last summer and customer service was great when I needed to swap for a different size. Just got another pattern for this summer!

Most of the clothes are good. GH has the best support team. Returns are simple since they include a label with your items. Many businesses don’t do that. I enjoy the discounts and especially when there’s free shpping. This is a really dependable company.

When receiving a refund, it would be helpful to have a detailed breakdown of the returned items, including their cost, associated tax, and any shipping fees. Additionally, when dealing with exchanges, it's crucial to have clear documentation of what was charged. Unfortunately, this information is currently not readily available in my account's order history, and the notifications I received regarding my latest return didn't contain this level of detail. It would be great if Garnet Hill could enhance their invoice information for more transparency in the future.

I wouldn't suggest using them. They messed up my order, and I couldn't get help over the weekend. When I tried to cancel, there was no option available. Even when I called on Monday, they couldn't fix the mistake or cancel the order, despite it being marked as "in process" online. The customer service agent was nice, but there wasn't much she could do. Dealing with this was too much of a hassle! There are plenty of other retailers like Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, Macy’s, and even TJMAXX that offer a smoother online experience.

Positive aspects: The material feels gentle and cozy on the skin. Also, the added pockets in the trousers are a fantastic touch. The design and colors of the pajamas are pleasing to the eye. Negative aspects: However, even after carefully washing them exactly as directed, the pajamas became smaller. They can still be worn, but they don't feel as loose and comfy as they did before being washed. Additionally, the elastic around the wrists is overly snug, even for someone with slender wrists.

GH was not as expected.

GH was not as expected. I bought a belt, but it looked nothing like the picture online. The beads were supposed to be bright brass, but mine were black. I called customer service, they were nice and gave me a refund and ordered a new one. The new one was a bit better, but still not great. I decided to keep it, but I'm not happy. It's disappointing, especially for the price. The product should look like the picture, but it didn't.
