Terrible experience, BUYER BEWARE

Should you get a pair of glasses that are correct prescription, are not crooked, and have tension in the frames you'll be fine. But should anything be slightly do not expect any customer support. They will tell you to buy another pair at a discounted price or pay for their mistake with shipping & handling. Please do not support this crooked company. There are many negative reviews on Reddit, as well.

This was my first time buying from FYTOO and I have to say the whole process was really simple. I ordered three pairs of the same style in different colors and one more pair from another style in clear. Honestly, I didn’t try any on before buying, and since it was my first time with FYTOO, I was a bit nervous. I wasn’t sure if they would fit or look good. They fit great, the build quality was good, and my prescription was just right. The total cost for all 4 pairs was less than what I paid last time at a big store we all know. So, I will definitely buy from FYTOO again and actually, I want to get a black pair soon.

I used to be a Zenni Optical guy but now after finding Fytoo you've got my business. I got 3 pairs of prescription glasses for under $100 and loved the quality and styles so much I ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses too. I've been telling everyone I know who wears glasses about this site and showing off my glasses. The shipping is really fast and simple. I usually don't write reviews but Fytoo deserves a good review as I am really happy with my 6 new pairs of glasses.

Still, every time I called about my order, my call was picked up quickly and the agent was very friendly. I really like the three sets of frames that I bought. Being in the UK, it’s not easy to find stores with fresh and diverse designs for prescription glasses. I was happy to find this site that offers many unique styles – I couldn't pick only one, so I ended up ordering multiple pairs to try different looks. Plus, they have sizes for bigger heads, which I often can’t find in usual glasses stores. I’ll most likely be ordering more from here
