    So, got my new glasses

    So, got my new glasses, but man, they came with some hiccups. First off, the nose piece was playing hide and seek with a screw – not cool. Took some MacGyver moves to fix it. Then, the right "leg" was marching to its own beat, starting the curve way too early. Had to break out the heat treatment, but now they're not winning any beauty contests. Glasses: 1, Me: 0.

    Frame is nice but the glass I got is not the one I asked for

    Frame is nice but the glass I got is not the one I asked for, it’s a different type and it doesn’t change the colour like it should. I’m willing to buy another frame but not the glass, it’s their mistake so they should send me the glass I actually paid for.

    Never received the glasses, then this...

    Never received the glasses.

Paid for expedited 3-5 days shipping and package protection. It has been 3 weeks.

I have called repeatedly, no operators are ever available. I've sent emails. The only response was they offered to ship me a new pair, but I would loose the $24 I poaid for all the shipping.

Tracking the package, they never brought it to UPS>

A ripoff.
They sent me a form email asking for more information after I sent them all of the information, the order number, the tracking number, etc. They never even brought the package to UPS.

UPDATE: After 20 emails back and forth, numerous times trying to reach them by phone, I STILL don't have my glasses after more than 3 weeks, after paying for expedited 5-8 days shipping. Their latest email from Rita (5/25/25) says they will send me the glasses I paid for IF and AFTER I delete this review.

Who wants this hassle? NEVER again.

FURTHER UPDATE 5/26/25:

Still no glasses. Rita emailed me that I will not receive my glasses unless I delete this review.

    Don’t waste your money on FYTOO

    After they sent the wrong order the service that I get is worst I had one of the worst service that anybody can get from FYTOO When I ordered from them 2 glasses and paid extra for lens coating I have received the lens for the two glasses with normal lens after that we jumped into a long back and fourth email with the useless customer service They have informed me that in order to proceed with your refund you should delete the review first, also I mentioned that it will be deleted after getting my refund. And I have screenshots for the email and I have refused then they came with another email mentioning that the will issue half of the amount of refund until I delete they review, What company is this !!! I was really shocked of this service and behavior I SERIOUSLY DONT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO BUY FROM THEM

    Incorrect glasses delivered

    I am so disappointed, If I could give zero I would have. I ordered a pair of glasses on there mega sale ( scam) the frame was$6, I entered my prescription and selected advanced coating and blue lighting blocking. They sent me a frame without prescription, though I sent them proof of pay for the prescription with the coating blue lighting blocking. They are insisting that I only ordered a frame . They have also stopped responding to my email and refused to refund my money. They are so unprofessional, unreasonable and unresponsive. I will stay clear of them .

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

    I was notified that they had an incorrect address. I updated address with Fytoo and the delivery service ... still no glasses. Fytoo says they will not redeliver or refund, but will give me a discount to order more glasses. I have already spent over $265 for glasses i have never received. I order from online glasses companies all the time and have never had this problem. This is my first and last time ordering from this company. SCAM - I can't even speak with a person...only through an automated chat/email.

    The glasses I received left me dissatisfied.

    The glasses I received left me dissatisfied. Unfortunately, they arrived with noticeable scratches, and their weight made them uncomfortable. Despite numerous attempts to adjust them, the heaviness persisted, causing undue pressure on the bridge of my nose. Additionally, the lenses, although smaller, surprisingly weighed more than my current ones, adding to the discomfort. Overall, a disappointing experience with the product.

    Very Disappointed

    As a senior I expect with all the technology today, it is hard to believe that the level of customer service is so automated that they continue to send out the same emails from Della or Eddie who never address the issue. They sent me an email that was addressed to someone else several times. I sent them MY correct info. and still NO GLASSES. STOP SENDING ME AUTOMATED EMAILS. SEND ME MY GLASSES. THX

    Received my glasses, visually appealing but uncomfortable. Attempted a return within the 30-day window; however, faced unexpected international shipping charges. The virtual try-on feature didn't disclose this. Disappointed by lack of transparency, offered a 30% discount for a new pair, insisting I keep the uncomfortable ones. Opting for donation and exploring alternatives.

    Ugh, tried to hit up

    Ugh, tried to hit up customer service about my MIA product, but it's like sending messages into the abyss – nada. No sign of my order anywhere. Not the smoothest start with this company. Really hoping they get their act together and sort this mess out. Fingers crossed for some product magic to happen.

    Avoid at all costs

    Received a pair of glasses with the right lens very scratched up and cracks in multiple parts of the frame. I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple times and get no reply. Now I don’t have a serviceable pair of glasses and I’m out $150.

    Never got my glasses

    Paid $24. for expedited 3-5 day shipping. It's been 3 weeks. The only response I get is to ask for more information beyond all the order #, tracking # that I sent 2x. They never brought the package to UPS. It's a scam. Beware.

    SCAM COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!

    I’ve ordered two pair from them and one pair came with the wrong Rx. They refused to replace or refund. They only offered a 20% discount if i bought more. Buyer beware! This is a scam company! Do not buy anything from them!

    Business shipping is a scam

    Habe meine erste Brille lediglich als Sonnenbrille gekauft, seit gestern ist die Brille mit Stärke da. Was soll ich sagen? Sie passt hervorragend, Gläser sind exzellent, Service und Kontakt waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Versand dauert natürlich etwas, nimmt man aber bei dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gerne hin. Bin sehr zufrieden!
