Never received the glasses, then this...
Never received the glasses.
Paid for expedited 3-5 days shipping and package protection. It has been 3 weeks.
I have called repeatedly, no operators are ever available. I've sent emails. The only response was they offered to ship me a new pair, but I would loose the $24 I poaid for all the shipping.
Tracking the package, they never brought it to UPS>
A ripoff.
They sent me a form email asking for more information after I sent them all of the information, the order number, the tracking number, etc. They never even brought the package to UPS.
UPDATE: After 20 emails back and forth, numerous times trying to reach them by phone, I STILL don't have my glasses after more than 3 weeks, after paying for expedited 5-8 days shipping. Their latest email from Rita (5/25/25) says they will send me the glasses I paid for IF and AFTER I delete this review.
Who wants this hassle? NEVER again.
FURTHER UPDATE 5/26/25:
Still no glasses. Rita emailed me that I will not receive my glasses unless I delete this review.
