I thought the time to get my products was excellent too close to a week, and they kept me posted the whole time. They offer freebies and extra discounts for using their site, which I haven't used yet, but will soon. I definitely will use the site again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

My problem was the tracking, which was really confusing this time, unlike my past orders from Myotcstore. First, I got an email saying my package would ship with USPS Innovations, which I think means UPS ships it and the post office delivers it. Then I got another email saying UPS would deliver it on a certain date. After that, I got a text saying FedEx would bring my package, with a link to track it. Later, another text said FedEx had delivered it, but it wasn’t sent by FedEx and didn’t arrive then. I didn’t know what was happening or where my order was. It finally came the next day via UPS.
