Man, Glasses.com has got some serious communication issues! Tried calling, but their phone system's like a maze with no exit – can't even talk to a real person. And the chat? Don't get me started. After a 20-minute chat marathon, the agent just pulls the plug with no fix in sight. Oh, and returning those glasses? Nightmare. The system played hard to get, saying my glasses weren't refundable when their own website shouts about a 100% money-back guarantee. Something smells fishy here. Thinking BBB might need to step in. Not the smoothest glasses-buying journey, that's for sure.

Man, these frames looked

Man, these frames looked cute, but quality? Total letdown! The letters on the sides decided to go on a solo mission, and I didn't even mess with them. Called up customer service, got an apology, and they sent me a replacement pair. Great, right? Nope! Couple of weeks later, the new frames were pulling the disappearing act with the letters too! Seriously? I've got pics to prove it. Not the kind of quality I signed up for.

So, they got these XS-sized glasses, and the prices? Cheaper than the other joints, nice! But here's the kicker – the website's acting like it's stuck in slow-mo, loading glasses like it's taking a nap. Plus, where's the size filter at? Trying to find the perfect fit shouldn't be this much of a quest. Come on, website, speed up and get those filters in check!

The company offers decent quality lenses and popular brand frames, and it's convenient to utilize my insurance benefits. However, I do wish their website would remember the information as you browse through different frame options. It gets bothersome having to input everything again each time.
