Very easy procedure.

Very easy procedure. I wanted to try a different statin without visiting my PCP. Submitted basic personal, health, and past prescription details, along with pictures of myself, ID, and old prescription. They approved the request and sent it out in a business day or so. Received my new statin in a week, and I liked it. Had a lab test done after changing to the new statin, and I was satisfied with the lab results. Three months later, it was time for a refill... just hit the re-order button, all my info was saved from the first time I filled it out, and I was able to finish the refill in under 3 minutes. I will keep using Medzino, just wish they had an auto-refill optoin... but since I only need to do it four times a year, it takes only a few minutes, no complaints, pleased customer!

Avoid this "company" at all costs, especially if you urgently need medication. They guarantee a delivery date that gets inexplicably delayed for weeks. As for "Yajara," the so-called customer service rep, you're a term I can't post online. Don’t use this company.

I’ve been using Medzino for quite a while, never had any issues with them. The website is simple to use, and they make sure you can take the medication after looking over your health info. Quick shipping is a nice bonus, I highly suggest this site.

Quick delivery. My elderly husband has been suffering lately with itchy skin everywhere. The doctor can't find anything wrong with him. Got Menthoderm from Medino and finally he has some comfort. Uses it two times a day and it eases all the signs.

The process went pretty smoothly overall. They were quick in getting the prescription approved and shipped out within a short time, which was promising. My issue lies with their free shipping method. They use UPS for most of the journey and then USPS for the last part. In my experience, this often leads to delays or even losing the package. I wish I had known about this before choosing the free shipping option during checkout. As of now, it's been four days since my package has been 45 minutes away from my house, stuck in limbo. Neither UPS nor USPS seems to have it. It's frustrating, but not necessarily the company's fault; it's just how they handle their free shipping. I'll update once I receive my package. I hope the company will assist if it doesn't arrive by tomorrow. Overall, it would have been a five-star experience if I had received my package promptly, as the company did well on their end. However, the lack of clarity about the shipping method leaves me a bit disappointed.
