After more than a year, my listing still isn't popping up when people search. I've tried everything to finish setting it up and reached out to customer service, which seems to be nonexistent. This company is a total scam. The website and the company itself are just awful!

They auto renew your subscription and within a few days of being renewed I requested to cancel and get a refund. They denied it. I’ve been on the platform for a few years and have NEVER gotten one qualified lead. Scammy company. Use other bigger named ones!

This company is a total loss of both time and money. Just put your place on Airbnb, where you pay a fee only when someone books, not in advance with no promise. I got leads only for days when my place wasn’t free.

The fees have gone up, and there’s no warning about auto-renewals. They also don't offer refunds. The platform is still outdated and feels like something from 2003. I won't be using this service again.

I wouldn't recommend this company. Customer service is basically non-existent. Auto-renewal is always active, no matter what you do. Don't expect a refund, it won't happen!
