LaGretta and Mike are amazing! Carpet Express is led by really nice, caring, and polite people. We had a problem in our new home, but Mike's team came all the way to check it out and then got us ready for a whole new floor. They talk to you really well, better than any other company we've dealt with. They work really hard and got the replacement done in just 3 days. It looks great! I totally suggest Carpet Express for any flooring stuff you need.

I wanted a specific linoleum design

I wanted a specific linoleum design, but Lowes stopped carrying it. I searched online for places that sell rolled linoleum and discovered Carpet Express. I reached out to them to place an order from Virginia. The representative handled my order and shipped it via regular ground to save on expenses since I didn’t need much. Much appreciated! This company has been really disappointing. I've been trying to reach out to them for a whole month now, but they just won't reply. I found their listing on Google promising free shipping for In a Snap carpet tiles. I even sent them a photo as they asked, but now they're saying the order would cost $360 and shipping would be a whopping $700!

Received only half of the required padding, resulting in a frustrating day spent driving to secure the missing materials instead of completing the job efficiently. The phone conversation with the company involved a 10-minute dispute, during which I had to assert my position, only to find out in the end that I was correct all along. This experience has left a sour taste, and I have decided that I will not consider doing business with them again.
