    Sign up was easy, but car was not

    Sign up was easy, but car was not good when delivered. Interior had many marks and debris. Third row seat won't fold down right. Cleaning is my job or pay heavy fee. Changing plans is confusing. Wish I could choose plan for next cycle. Billing is confusing too.

    Everything is quick and simple to understand. I like how smooth the process feels. The only thing I believe could get better is the number of miles in the most expensive plan. If it had unlimited miles, I might not even consider owning a car.

    The car proved to be a fantastic option when my own car had mechanical issues. I signed up with Flexcar, selected a car, and got it dropped off at my house. Huge convenience and backup solution.

    There are a lot of automatic messages.

    There are a lot of automatic messages. It seems a bit cold, especially when they talk about my driving (whether it's good or bad) or things like a recall that I have to go to the dealer for instead of Pep Boys. I got an email about it, but I can't find it anymore since my life is so busy – one of the main reasons I chose Flexcar.

    The company is controlled by wild algorithms. If you don’t pay your bill in full, you receive mean messages daily demanding immediate payment and threatening to call the cops, even after you returned the car weeks ago.

    Their pricing is fair, but if something goes wrong or there’s a mistake, they are not very flexible with refunds, regardless of the circumstances... However, overall, it was a good experiance!

    I’ve been using FlexCar in Cyprus for over two years. The vehicle quality and paperwork are decent, but the process of returning a car is horrible. It took them months to inspect the vehicle, and I had to fight hard just to get my deposit and money back. I even had to threaten them with legal action, and I’m still waiting for the money they owe me – it’s been three months since I returned the car in perfect condition. This whole situation is disappointing and unprofessional. Maybe the company is struggling with money or maybe they think customers will give up after a while – or maybe both? I’m not sure. I won’t be using them again.

    I’ll keep it short. They had one responsibility, which was to follow through on their promises as a brand. Their membership fee is a joke, and you have to wait two weeks just to get an oil change. They charge $249 for the membership, and it feels pointless at this stage. On the bright side, the car I got was at least solid in terms of its core mechanics. There’s this overage fee they want you to pay upfront, not when the actual monthly bill is due. Honestly, I’ve been to buy here pay here places, and this is just as bad. This company is not worth it, stay away!

    Poor service!

    I booked my car on May 13th and planned to get it on May 19th. On the pick-up day, they called to say my car needed a headlight fixed. They said they would call me again after the work was done the same day. But instead, they emailed me saying I must wait one more week to get my car. This is really causing me trouble going back and forth to work. They didn’t even offer me another car.

    I was a member for a year, and the prices kept going up.

    I was a member for a year, and the prices kept going up. Insurance was included at first, but then it was an additional cost—and a high one. All these extra charges and increases are annoying, and the cars aren’t very good. Both cars I had ended up being towed because of problems. It feels like a waste of money, in my opinion.

    Worst experience I’ve had. This car they claim is for everyone is really for the wealthy, not regular people like me. It’s only for those making more than 100 thousand a year. For people like me, it’s a terrible deal. They don't try to help and will do anything to take advantage of you in the end...

    Misleading too many people!

    I was shocked to go this Flex Car website and find out that they rip you off and mislead people here too! I am still doing more research out there on this company because I thought it would be a great idea for them to ever come up with this. Until I decided to read through all the requirements to lease a vehicle from them. Everyone must always read every single detail more than once when it’s too good to be true. I thought wow what a breakthrough! Until I got to the part about Membership fees etc there are several fees yet the claim they have no hidden fees. They use these words to trick you up! Be aware thank God I did not put any hard work of money into this yet! I looked again upon reading this they say no down payments but it’s sneaky here because they do require upfront payment and fees which is close to a $2000 payment when all is said and done no matter what vehicle you choose and they also require you to add more insurance to the free liability insurance they give you. And no this is not upfront and clear enough for many to over stand! And I do understand sales and marketing techniques but today I choose the upfront honest truth than any bs sales and marketing for whatever I decide to purchase in my life because we as people individuals etc have been lied to and oppressed now for over 1000 years🙏🏽😔please stop the capping on these sales and market because the word on YouTube is FlexCar lies! Thank you I’m free🫡💯

    I had a really bad experience

    I had a really bad experience with Flexcar. They insisted on credit cards, not debit cards. I don't get it – as long as you have a job, direct deposit, and make payments, it should be fine to use a debit card. When I first applied, it allowed me to use my Chime Credit Card, and it let me add my card. But then, someone stole my credit card, so I had to order a new one. Now, it won't accept my card. So I never got the chance to book a vehicle. It's frustrating because I'm shelling out thousands with Enterprise. I thought I could save some bucks. OMG

    Between 11 and 11:15 am today, I had a concerning encounter with a Flexcar driver. Their white truck was speeding excessively on 285 South, going over 90 MPH. This reckless driving nearly caused me to crash into an 18-wheeler while I had my kids in the car. I reported the incident to the police, providing whatever details I could gather, including the observation that the driver seemed to have long blonde hair. It was a dangerous situation that could have had serious consequences.

    I returned the car as

    I returned the car as requested, but they claimed it wasn't returned and even reported it as stolen. The harassment I faced was absolutely ridiculous. Even when they had possession of the car, they told me they had it. I won't be dealing with them again, and I wouldn't recommend them to family or friends.

    This is scam

    I rented a car to be picked up in Krakow Poland. When I arrived my car was rented out to somebody else. Prices were tripple if I wanted to rent another one. I lost my deposit. They would not refund it. This company is a scam.

    Ich hatte ein Kompaktwagen mit manueller Schaltung gebucht und eine Bestätigung dafür erhalten. Als ich jedoch schließlich am Flex Car-Schalter ankam, teilte mir der Mietwagenmitarbeiter auf Englisch mit, dass das von mir reservierte Auto trotz der Bestätigung nicht verfügbar sei. Er bemerkte, dass ich in Eile war und keine andere Wahl hatte, also bestand er darauf, dass ich ein Auto aus einer höheren Kategorie nehme – mit einem zusätzlichen Aufpreis von 51 €. Ich empfinde dieses Verhalten als äußerst unprofessionell und betrügerisch.
