The technician did a good job. He came on time, worked hard, and made sure to check measurements multiple times. We were told a while back that we needed $900 worth of changes because wrong size things were installed, but he sorted it out. We're happy with the outcome, and he left the house clean and the fireplace ready to use.

My experience with your service personnel left much to be desired. The individual spent a remarkably brief amount of time on the cleaning and inspection, which seemed subpar at best. Rather than focusing on the essential tasks, a significant portion of the visit was dedicated to attempting to upsell additional services. Despite discussions about utilizing a ladder to inspect the chimney, no ladder was ever brought out from the truck. This was disappointing, especially considering that previous service providers managed to perform thorough cleanings and inspections both from the inside going up and from the outside going down. What added to the dissatisfaction was that, despite the lackluster service and unfulfilled promises, the initially quoted price remained unchanged. This inconsistency between the promised service and the actual execution raises concerns about the transparency and reliability of your company's practices.
