The installer was a hard worker and a friendly person. But he was the only one sent by the company to put in my gutters and guards during 98-degree heat. I was worried about him. He showed up at 11:45am and finished at 9:15pm on a 3-bedroom ranch. The work was good, but sending just 1 person for a job that should have been done by 2 or 3 people doesn’t seem right.

Water is coming behind the gutter in a few spots on the front of my house. This could cause issues soon with the wood getting damaged. I think someone should come look at it – maybe the gutter isn’t positioned close enough to the roof.

Communication with the customer service team has been severely lacking, and their demeanor has been less than pleasant. Despite my repeated attempts over two days, I was consistently ignored when requesting an itemized contract. It wasn't until I threatened a negative review that Gavin from Cornelius finally responded, sending the required document along with his contact information, urging me to reach out if any further issues arose. It appears that their strategy is to stall communication until three days after the contract is signed, assuming the client might reconsider, allowing them to impose a 15 percent cancellation fee. Prior to signing the contract, their relentless pursuit of my business was evident with incessant calls. However, once the agreement was finalized, any issues I encountered were purposefully ignored, even when reaching out to Candace directly through text. Only after publicly expressing my dissatisfaction did the matter escalate to Gavin's attention. In one instance, I had to email to inquire about the scheduled work time, receiving nothing but a run-around with promises that the installer would provide an estimated time of arrival. Shockingly, the next contact I received was from the installer standing in my yard, having made the journey from Mocksville without any means of communication due to the lack of signal. This unprofessionalism, coupled with the evident money-driven approach post-contract signing, is disheartening. Spending $2,940 on gutter installation should include a transparent and willingly provided itemized bill/contract, not require pleading. The overall lack of professionalism has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
