Amazing work! Karen is so friendly. She comes ready for your place. She checked what I asked and started. She tidied things I didn't ask for. She was late arriving and let us know her guess for when she'd arrive. She showed me every room to ask if I had any questions or needed more before she left. I'd hire her again. She's a jam!

Precious was amazing.

She got here on time, even a bit early. She paid attention to every detail and stayed profesional. She didnt wait to be told what to do. She scrubbed, she put things in order. Everything was not just clean but also smelled wonderful after. Her vibe was nice and friendly. I would definetly hire her again.

The company has its ups and downs. It's not perfect, but it's mostly good. Our cleaner was late by 2 hours, which messed up our plans. We had to skip some cleaning because of it. She offered to make up for it by staying longer, but it didn't fit my schedule.

The work done on the kitchen and dining room was nice, but mopping was skipped. There were multiple cancellations on her part and a few on mine. Other rooms were cleaned, but no mopping happened. I couldn't reschedule and lost time with them. I had to pay in advance even though she normally gets paid when the job is done. This wasn't followed, and there was no refund for the unfinished work, which made me mad. What they did finish was good, but they didn't finish it all. She seemed great at first, but once paid, she was very lazy. I'm not sure of the exact dates, but it was around May and June.

Man, this company is a total bullshi. I tried to cancel because they couldn't stick to their promise of sending the same cleaner for all the hours I paid for. But, oh boy, they're not letting go. Still charging me every month with a half-hearted "Sorry you're unhappy." Like, seriously? They haven't kept their end of the bargain, and there's no sign of my refund for the hours I didn't use. It's like dealing with a never-ending loop of frustration.

Although I liked the cleaning services I got, I find it kinda silly they wanna charge me $288 for cancelin'. I always paid on time and even gave big tips to the staff. It's just not fair to charge so much for cancelin' a short-term service. And ya know what? Every time I check my phone, I see they tried to charge my card again for an appointment they changed... after I already said I wanted to cancel altogether. It's just not right.

Stay away from Dazzling Cleaning if you value your sanity and your wallet. Total bait and switch vibe – they sneak in charges you never agreed to, and even after you cancel, they keep playing the charge game. Trust me, been there, done that, and it's a total headache. You'll be singing the sorry blues if you go with them. Do yourself a favor and find another cleaning crew.
