Nick and his team were very nice and helpful. They made things clear for us and answered all our questions. Since this was our first time buying a house, we were worried about getting a good home for our family. Nick calmed our nerves and helped us feel better about the buying process with his deep knowledge. His inspection was detailed and well recorded. We valued the attention and care in our report. The home inspection was detailed, the report was clear, and I appreciate the choices for extra reports useful to home buyers. The report can also be used as a checklist for Seller repairs and blue tape items. I viewed the video, which offered useful tips. The team was nice to work with.
