I bought two things but only got one.

I bought two things but only got one. They email me every day saying one thing is not there, ask me to choose other. I asked money back, they sent same email again. I picked one more, still same email. Still no item or money back. I called emmiol, they can't give money back. They email company for me.

I received my skort from EMMIOL

I received my skort from EMMIOL and it's really nice! I usually get similar items from Shein, but this one has great quality and was worth the waiting time. It took a bit long to ship, but once it did, it arrived in about a week. So plan on about 3 weeks for it to get to you. The material is good and it fits well, though you might want to size up if you're unsure. It's comfy and unlike the Shein skorts, these don't ride up too much. They go up, but not in a 'wedgy' way like Shein's do. Definitely consider getting these if you're hesitating! Plus, it has POCKETS!! The only issue is the shipping time and lack of tracking updates. Otherwise, the product is great.

Nice clothes, but one item went out of stock after I placed my order, so they asked me to select another product for the same amount. I didn't want anything else, so they forced me to purchase something I didn't like. Not very professional.

The shirts didn't quite match

The shirts didn't quite match the photos. They're still cute, but the print on one of them looks kinda cheap, and it's way smaller than it looked in the picture. The other one had dots where there should've been rhinestones.

I was quite worried about purchasing from EMMIOL since it's based overseas, so I did a lot of research to see if they were a trustworthy company. I found mixed feedback. I'm an impatient customer, and I expect responses to my emails within 24 hours. This was annoying, as was the tracking process. However, when they did get back to me, their replies were very helpful and detailed. Once the item arrived—after what felt like an eternity, about two weeks—it turned out to be a fake, not the genuine article. I wouldn't mind for myself, but it’s for my daughter’s birthday, and I prefer not to buy fakes for her. So, I'm unsure if I'll shop with EMMIOL again. It wouldn’t be my first pick.

This is an absolutely DISGUSTING company. This company is a total scam and you only care about my money. I ordered from Emmiol 6 months ago and I received part of my order and two of my items never even arrived despite my PAYING for them. And as soon as I saw how fake the material of your clothes was, I requested a refund. (One of the shirts even had a hole in it). I sent you the SKU number, and pictures of the clothes, the reason why I wanted a refund per your request. BUT STILL NO REFUND WAS GIVEN. I have called the company multiple times over the months and I have emailed AT LEAST 50 TIMES FOR A REFUND and you say that I have to accept only a 15% refund of the items and that I have to pay the return shipping fee. To say the least, I am absolutely horrified by how appalling this company is. I 100% regret buying from Emmiol. I would like a refund now.

Ordered 5 items in late November 2023 across 2 transactions. Sizing was a major issue, significantly smaller than the size advice chart indicated. Two identical items were different sizes, and material varied from the descriptions. Contacting the company was challenging; automated responses until a January 2024 reply. Despite complying with their requests, faced persistent demands for additional information. Offered a mere 10-15% refund with return costs on me. Dealing with different, uninformed representatives compounded the frustration. Attempted resolution through PayPal failed, and the company insisted on closing the dispute before communication, then blocked my email. Cautionary advice: Avoid this company due to unreasonable policies, potential out-of-pocket expenses, and a return address in China.

My order came with a defect (the zipper was attached wrong so I couldn’t zip it up) and I’ve been dealing with it for 2 weeks trying to get my money back. They gave me a 30% refund for something I can’t even use?? Avoid ordering from this company, they’re just learning how to scam people.
