Terrible experience ever!
So, let me tell you about my recent experience with the pharmacy. I tried moving my prescription over, but apparently, there’s this $5 fee that can't just be paid by itself. It has to be paired with buying something. I tried chatting and emailing to figure out how to pay the fee alone, but got no response. It felt like I was completely ignored. In the end, I had to buy something because my pet was running out of food. After I placed the order, I got feedback quickly, but it was only about the order, nothing about the fee. It's frustrating when customer service just doesn’t seem to care about the actual issue.
