    The whole experience was super

I recently used Dutch and had the chance to speak with two different vets. Both of them were awesome! They genuinely cared and took the time to hear my worries. It felt like they really wanted to help me and my pet. Their kindness made a huge difference. I’m definitely sticking with Dutch for any future needs. The whole experience was super comforting and professional, couldn’t ask for better.

Dealing with Dutch.com is a breeze. No more struggling to get the dogs in the car or shelling out cash for pricy vet visits. I got a quick call with the vet, and bam, meds like flea treatments are ordered. It's so much more convenient and affordable. Can't believe how easy it is, and now my dogs' prescriptions are already on the way. Loving this hassle-free experience!

I had a really good time

I had a really good experience with the vet. He was super thorough, asked all the right questions, and gave me some solid advice for my pet's health. What really stood out was how easy it was to meet with him online. It was so convenient, especially considering how busy life gets. Both me and my fur-baby felt really taken care of. I’m really grateful for this service.

I've used Dutch for my two cats, and I couldn't be happier. The vets were amazing, and both consultations were smooth sailing. They nailed the treatments exactly right, which was such a relief. It’s clear they really know their stuff. I even told my family about Dutch, that’s how much I trust them. If you need a vet for your pets, these guys are top-notch.

I couldn't believe we could talk to a vet on a Sunday afternoon! Our poor Trixie wasn't feeling well, and it was such a relief to get her diagnosed and get the right antibiotics without having to leave the house. The virtual visit was a game-changer. Trixie was so calm, no more stressful car rides or waiting rooms. This service is absolutely fantastic!

    I gotta say, using Dutch

I gotta say, using Dutch for my cat's UTI was a game-changer. It's super convenient and way cheaper than a regular vet visit. Dr. Royce was amazing—so caring and friendly. He quickly helped my 10-year-old cat, which was a relief. The whole experience was easy and stress-free. If you’ve got small medical issues with your pets, Dutch is the way to go.

    I thought Dutch's subscription would

I thought Dutch's subscription would be a great deal since it's cheaper than vet visits, even with the meds. Everything seemed fine until I ran into issues with their customer service. My cat needed some medication quickly, so I paid an extra $15 for express shipping, expecting it by Tuesday. I placed the order on Sunday morning, but the package got delayed, stuck in a different state. I contacted Dutch’s customer service about a refund for the shipping fee, but they refused, saying the express window is 1-3 days, even though UPS showed it wasn’t on its way. My cat is suffering and now I have to take her to the vet anyway. I ended up canceling the subscription. I’d rather pay more for my vet who truly cares about my cat's health.

I tried this new virtual vet service, hoping it would make things easier when my cat got sick. Signing up and talking to the vet online was simple, but getting the meds was a whole other story. After the vet prescribed medication, I was stuck waiting 2-3 days for it to arrive from their pharmacy or be sent to my local one. It was frustrating since my cat needed relief immediately, not days later. It seemed like the whole idea of convenience just vanished. It would've been better if they could send the prescription straight to my local pharmacy. Honestly, with this long wait, I might just stick to visiting my local vet next time.

    I had an okay experience

I had an okay experience at this place. The vet was fantastic, really knew their stuff and took great care of my pet. But honestly, everything else was a letdown. Customer service? What customer service? It took forever to get the medication I needed, like 10 days! And they wanted $40 for fast shipping, which is ridiculous. Their price match guarantee is pretty useless too since they never got back to me. My pet needed the meds urgently, so I ended up paying the extra cash at the vet and ordering from Chewy instead. Chewy's way better with customer service and fast shipping. Not sure I'll be coming back here again.

    When our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel

When our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel got hit with a nasty double eye and ear infection, we turned to Dutch. The vet was really kind and efficient, and we appreciated the same-day service. They prescribed meds for her eyes and ears, plus a steroid for her swollen lymph nodes. However, signing up for the $11/month subscription was a bit of a drag, especially since the prescription prices weren't any cheaper than our usual vet. The biggest issue? We had a Saturday appointment and needed her meds ASAP, but Dutch doesn't rush shipments. It would take six days unless we shelled out an extra $40 for slightly faster delivery. Next time, we'll probably look elsewhere. It’s just too pricey and slow for our liking.

    I had a mixed experience

I had a mixed experience with the vet service. The vet was awesome, totally attentive and patiently answered all my questions, really felt cared for. But the website, oh boy, was a mess. Despite being a paying member, it treated me like I wasn't subscribed at all. I couldn't chat with the vet, book appointments, or order meds - everything I paid for was just unavailable because the site didn't recognize me. Super frustrating, especially as a first-time user. Eventually, they fixed the issue, but that first impression kinda sucked. They need to get their website sorted out for smoother experiences.

I was shopping online for a large Seresto collar for my dog and somehow ended up with a small one in my cart. Didn't notice until I checked out, and by then it was too late. Tried to get in touch with the pharmacy to fix it, but they couldn't help me at all. No option for a refund or to switch it out for the right size. Really frustrating experience. I just wanted to get the right product for my pet, and now I'm stuck with something useless. Feels like a waste of money and time. Not sure if I'll shop here again.

So, I signed up for this service when my dog started showing blood in his urine again. He's had UTIs before, so I figured it would be simple to get an antibiotic without the whole emergency vet drama. I registered on a Saturday afternoon, but the first available appointment was at 8 pm. Super frustrating. The vet was great during the appointment and promptly ordered the antibiotic. She even suggested transferring the prescription to a local pharmacy to start the treatment quickly. I paid the $5 transfer fee and called the pharmacy the next morning, only to find out there was no prescription. The treatment plan wasn’t even in my account, though the transfer fee was. And customer support? Nowhere to be found on weekends. So here I am, back to square one, having wasted a lot of time and effort. Really disappointing experience.

    I decided to sign up

I decided to sign up for a 2-year plan with this company, lured by their flashy ads promising 34% off all plans and 40% off my first medication order. Paid $128.70 upfront as the deal said $5.36/month for 24 months. But guess what? The 40% off vanished from my cart right after I paid. Then they changed the supposed 25% off on future orders to just 20%. Worst of all, they only gave me a 1-year subscription instead of 2 years, and said I'd be rebilled $195 after 12 months. I emailed them with all the screenshots and asked for a refund. Instead of just responding, they wanted me to schedule a call. The call never happened at the appointed time, and when they finally called, they hadn't even read my email and couldn't help. Now I'm stuck, frustrated, and feeling totally scammed. Beware of this company and their deceptive practices.

    Protect your pets from them

I’m seriously upset with Dutch, the online pet pharmacy, and feel I need to warn other pet owners. Over the last six months, they’ve been charging my credit card different amounts than what I agreed to, without any notice. Check your statements if you use them, because they sneak charges through hoping you won’t notice. It gets worse—they’ve canceled my pet’s medication subscriptions without telling me, leaving me scrambling to find alternatives. They promised to price match a generic medication, then changed their policy, saying it's now a “brand” (it’s not!). Their customer service is terrible—unhelpful, dismissive, and routed overseas. No one takes ownership or follows through. Dutch is shady and unreliable. I’m done with them. Protect your pets and go somewhere else.

    I've been using this service

I've been using this service for about six weeks now, mainly to save on vet fees and meds for two of my five dogs with chronic heart and kidney issues. The vets are super, and customer service folks are friendly. But, the platform? Not so much. If you don't mind waiting 4-7 days for meds, you're okay. But when I tried to arrange a virtual vet visit on a Wednesday, the first slot was Thursday afternoon. The vet prescribed three meds and said to start them ASAP. I ordered with expedited delivery and tried transferring a prescription to Banfield, but hit a wall. Minimal support between Friday noon and Monday noon PT made it worse. Despite following all the steps, no meds or food till Monday. If you just need routine stuff, it’s probably fine.

    I can't recommend using Dutch

I recently had a bit of a confusing experience with Dutch while trying to get some help for my indoor cat's anxiety. The vet was great—really attentive and clear about the next steps. We talked about a specific medication for stress, but when it came time to check out, things got strange. I ended up being charged $317.43 for Bravecto, a flea and tick treatment I never asked for. The whole process was confusing, with no clear way to reject the extra product or even understand what I was buying. It's frustrating because the platform made it seem like this was part of the vet's plan. Now, I'm stuck trying to get a refund for something I didn't need or want. Until they sort this out, I can't recommend using Dutch.

    Ridiculous

So, picture this: I took my diabetic cat to the vet almost two weeks ago, right? And everything seemed fine until the pharmacy messed up the medication. Now, I've been stuck in this endless chat loop with customer service, trying to sort out this mess. It’s like they don’t even listen or care. They actually told me I never met with the vet and don't have a treatment plan, which is just crazy. I’m seriously stressed out because my cat needs those meds, and their response time is like watching paint dry. Frustrating doesn’t even begin to cover it. I wish they’d get it together and fix things, because this whole situation is just ridiculous and my poor kitty needs help!

    I signed up for this

I signed up for this service thinking it'd be a breeze, but boy was I wrong. I expected their vets to prescribe meds – that’s why I signed up – but turns out they can't do that. Tried logging in on my phone, no luck, so I switched to my laptop. Guess what? Still no luck. I requested a password reset twice, nada. Thought maybe I put the wrong email, but tried both my emails, still nothing. They took my money quick but didn't even send a welcome email. Reached out to support, but they only work during business hours, which seems ridiculous. As someone who's run an online business for 15 years, this level of service is just not okay. Wasted my time and money.

    I tried using this service

I tried using this service recently, and boy, was it a maze of hidden charges. Imagine my surprise when I found out transferring a script costs $5. Then, canceling an appointment hit me with another $25 fee. Just when I thought that was it, they threw in a pharmacy initiation fee of $5. It's like, what's next, a fee for breathing? And the delivery times? They say it's 2 days, but turns out, that's just for processing. Actual shipping takes about 4-7 days. It's frustrating because they don't seem interested in fixing these issues. Feels like they're more into playing tricks with hidden fees and unexpected rules. Honestly, it seems pretty shady to me.

    I signed up for Dutch

I signed up for Dutch with a $104 yearly membership, hoping for some easy telemedicine visits. Booked one for my pet’s ear infection, but things went south quickly. The vet's email didn't recognize my membership and pushed me to upgrade. No customer service number to call for help, which was super frustrating. All I needed were some antibiotics, but the vet tried to sell me $335 worth of unnecessary stuff. It felt like they were trying to overcharge just because they're based in California. It’s been a really disappointing experience. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. This service seemed too good to be true, and unfortunately, it was.

    I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with Dr. Kim Brewer. From the start, it felt like a scam. Paid the consultation fee, but she seemed more interested in pushing meds through Dutch and denying outside pharmacy pickups. Felt like being stuck in a lazy, deceitful loop. I sought help for my dog's issue, but instead got endless delays and no prescription. Every time I tried to follow up, I got the same runaround. She even suggested taking my dog to the ER without ever fulfilling the initial medication request. Now, when I ask for updates, she just ignores me. The whole process is frustrating and unprofessional. I’m done with this service, never again.

You won't believe what happened with my vet appointment. It was supposed to be at 7:50, right? I'm waiting in the Zoom room, but the vet never shows up. Then, they charge me a no-show fee! Can you imagine? And don't even get me started on their so-called price matching promise. Turns out, you have to book an appointment, pay the full price upfront, and then jump through hoops with tons of paperwork just for a chance to get a refund on the difference. And they don't even mention any of this on their online pharmacy before you subscribe. Feels like a total scam to me. I just wanted a simple vet visit, not this mess.

I ordered a prescription, and after three long weeks, still nothing. Tried to check up on it, but all I got were delays and vague replies.
