This business helped me with my father’s medications quickly. I provided the details of his doctors and prescriptions, and they took care of everything. Since my father can’t drive, this company made sure his meds were delivered to him without issues! Thanks a lot!

They rarely have the medications you need

They rarely have the medications you need; it should be an auto refill service, but they often don’t have the meds in stock. You’re always left waiting. Not happy with this part of the service. Might consider switching.

Had a bad experience.

Had a bad experience. Created an account and added my card. The doctor sent the prescription. I called a week later and they said my account didn’t exist. Then they found it. After that, they said my Rx was there, but it would take 7-10 business days to get it (website says 2-5). The representative, not from the US, told me “You can’t just have your doctor send us the prescription, you need to call us to process it, we don’t call you. We’re different from regular pharmacies.” I decided to cancel and had the doctor send it to a local pharmacy. Avoid this company.

The price is fair, but this is the second time

The price is fair, but this is the second time I couldn’t get my medication because they’re out of stock - waiting for a shipment. I can’t afford to wait, so I have to go somewhere else.

Horrible service

Don't use this service! My dr submitted directly to Dirx a prescription for medication, 30 pills a month and two refills. I am to take one daily. After 8 days of not beilg filled I called. was told there was confusion about the prescription. I explained it is for 30 pills a month and 2 refills. Not sure how that can be confusing. The rep said Oh I see that now, I will send a follow up to have processed. Again more days go by and nothing. I call again and same thing, confusion and rep to send request to have handled. I check days later and prescription shows completed, for TEN PILLS. How do I take 1 pill daily a month with 10 pills?? Whoever is filling these prescriptions does not know what they are doing. So after being without medication for over 3 weeks, I get 10 pills. I called AGAIN and again am told there was confusion and they will send a follow up to have the balance of 20 pills sent. I advised it needs to be escalated as I have 4 pills left. I have now been without my medication for 4 days and the additional amount of 20 pills STILL PENDING. This business needs to be shut down.

Worst place to get prescriptions

I've been waiting over two weeks now to receive my order, or at least an email stating it's on its way. Don't fall for their "24 - 48 hour shipping" baloney. I emailed and got this message "Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee shipment dates as the orders are filled in the order they are placed and due to the rather large inventory shipment recently received we are experiencing longer than average processing times but, please be assured, we are working to have your order to you as soon as possible. Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number Please allow at least 1-2 business days for the USPS website to update once received. If necessary, we recommend you request your prescriber send a prescription to your local pharmacy to get it filled until we are able to get your order to you.". No idea if I can ever expect to get my overdue prescription or not. Horrible experience.

They’ll just try to steal your money. The price looks good, but that’s because they’re running a scam. I ordered (and provided the prescription) August 6th. Didn’t get confirmation, just crickets… so I called them. The guy said they had the order ready to be filled, but it would take 7 days. What?! Waited… waited… waited… Eventually, got an email August 27 saying DiRx didn’t have my prescription. Called them August 28th, the guy played dumb, then said they had the prescription, but it needed to be redone because 3 weeks had gone by. I told him to give me a refund, he said it would take 10 business days. COMPLETE BS!!! I went to ZipHealth.com instead, that’s a legitimate on-line pharmacy. Highly Unethical Practices - Waste of time

Stay away from this company. They advertise products on their website that are not available. They made me go through registration, uploading my payment information, and working with my doctor to upload a prescription to THEN tell me the medication I wanted is not in stock. I spoke with customer service who confidently it should be back in stock in 1-2 weeks, and at the 2 week mark I received an email that my order could not be fulfilled and they would let me know when the product is available again. As you can see from the other reviews it seems like their medications are constantly on backorder but they will happily make you waste your time and go through the entire order process before letting you know about that.

Bad business decisions are evident now

Found this company when my father needed a specialty prescription, and they were fantastic. Service was top notch, so we opted in for an annual plan for both my parents. Enter 2024. They have cancelled their annual plans, and it looks like they've lost the contracts or ability to negotiate purchasing their medicines from the wholesalers. Dirx is a great example of over promise and under deliver. Do NOT waste your time or money.

Do Not Deal with this Company

First, i have Cancer…..this company does not have phone support….you have to deal email and takes 2-4 days to get a response! They were out of my needed Cancer drug with no estimation of when they will get more! DO NOT DEAl WITH THIS COMPANY If your looking for cheaper Drugs go to Mark Cubans….Cost Plus drugs!! i had my provider cancel my order! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Failure to notify that something’s wrong with your order

Used to love them good price but have issues with my orders not sent together after asking them multiple times to send them together and this last time they say they don’t have 3 of my meds are on back order but every other place has them

poor customer service

DONT RECOMMEND,,SHOP IT FOR OTHER COMPANYS.... this company has terrible reps that do not follow up and screw up your order. Continue to have to call to ck on medicene and then find out it never shipped.

TERRIBLE DO NOT USE!!!!

Terrible! DO NOT USE!!! After charging me and making me wait 4 weeks without my medication i finally canceled order and now they won't refund me my money!!! Said to call my bank to get it back!!!!

No prescription!

Several times now I've been unable to get my medication through this company. I would recommend looking for a better company. I'm looking for a different company!
