Imagine a seamless year with Dirx, where their annual membership plan promised convenience and savings.

Imagine a seamless year with Dirx, where their annual membership plan promised convenience and savings. However, things took a turn come April. My prescriptions, essential and time-sensitive, were repeatedly delayed due to stock issues. Each time, a courteous apology followed, suggesting I fill them locally at my expense—hardly the benefit I signed up for. Today, I received the news that the membership plan is being axed. Was it too much to handle, or did they misjudge? Now, I'm shifting to Walmart for affordable prescriptions, some as low as $10 for 90 days, listed conveniently online. For the rest, GoodRx gold at Rite Aid offers savings, though I'll miss the convenience of doorstep delivery.

Ever waited endlessly for something important?

Ever waited endlessly for something important? Picture this: I placed my prescription transfer order a month ago. Two weeks of silence later, I reached out, met with apologies but little action. The pharmacy department promised to speed things up, yet weeks dragged on with no clear timeline in sight. Turns out, prescription transfers play second fiddle to regular orders, regardless of when you submit them. Frustrating, right? Despite assurances, all I got was an email about 'longer than usual turnaround times,' urging me to chase down my doctor again. I'm left hanging, wondering when I'll finally get what I need.

    Looking for fast service?

Looking for fast service? Think twice before choosing this pharmacy. I recently ordered medication that was supposedly in stock at a local pharmacy, ready for transfer and shipping. Seven days later, it's still sitting 'PENDING'. Even worse, once it finally ships, it'll take another 5 to 6 days to reach me by land. If you need your meds pronto, this isn't the place for you. Save yourself the waiting game—consider your options wisely.

Man, what a headache dealing with DiRx!

Man, what a headache dealing with DiRx! Placed my order on Dec. 8, did all the right moves, called my doc, got the prescription sent pronto. Even shelled out 15 bucks for 2nd-day shipping 'cause I needed my meds quick. But guess what? As of today, December 21, my order's still playing the waiting game in "pending" status. Called these guys every two days, and all I get is the runaround: "We sent a request to the pharmacy team." No real action. On Dec. 18, they dropped the bomb – backorder for one of my meds. No heads up, no email, just BAM! Asked why the extreme delay, and they're like, "Oh, it's the first batch of orders." Seriously? Asked to speak to the manager, got voicemail, left a message, and crickets. My blood pressure's soaring, and ironically, I don't even have my hypertension meds! Lesson learned: Should've asked my doc about local pharmacies before diving into DiRx chaos. I get it, holidays and cheap prices might slow things down, but c'mon, basic communication isn't that hard. If you're relying on meds, DiRx might not be the stress-free solution.

    terrible experience

ordered 3 different times and meds took about 3 weeks to be shipped out. very slow.very inefficient. they took my order for 3 weeks and never filled it and cancelled saying that my other pharmacy said they had no refills when I had 5 refills at that Walgreens. they refuse to let you speak to a supervisor, so I'm working on contacting corporate and let them know that fort Lauderdale pharmacy is very uncaring and irresponsible with meds

    The cost was sweet

the cost was sweet, but the delivery time? Not so much. It's like they're on snail mode or something. Waited nearly a month for one prescription, and the second one? Well, it's been over a month, and I'm still twiddling my thumbs. Not the speedy delivery dance I was hoping for, that's for sure.

    Delivery of a single medication

I've been using DiRX for two years

I've been using DiRX for two years now to get my medication. At first, I picked them because they had the cheapest price for what I needed. But what's really kept me coming back is their great service. Whenever I call, I quickly get through to a friendly customer service representative who's always ready to assist me with my orders, shipping details, or any billing questions. I definitely suggest giving DiRX a try.

The company made a mistake by charging

The company made a mistake by charging us thrice for my husband's medicine. After contacting them, we got one refund of $101.37, but they didn't receive the payment for the second charge on February 2nd. After disputing, we finally got the second refund yesterday. So, everything is sorted now. Thanks!

Very slow and not what it advertises

I put an order in over a week ago. I have had one email saying they received my order. I have inquired a couple times and received a generic email back. When I called after waiting a week I was told it may take 7-14 days to process the order. Their website says 2-7 days until delivery. This has been pathetically slow and their response was they will get it out as soon as processed. They said there should not be a delay as they received the prescription before my order was placed. I will never use this site again. I will try another online prescription company before coming back here. The customer service has been awful and they cannot even give me an approximate date it will be shipped. Do not waste your time here it only causes frustration.

I once praised DiRx to everyone, especially my fellow cardiac patients. However, my experience over the past 6 months has been disheartening. Communication has faltered, and essential medications are consistently backordered. My confidence in DiRx has dwindled, and unless there's a significant improvement, I won't be renewing my Annual Savings Plan in September. The company's reliability has taken a nosedive.

    Worst Company ever-STAY AWAY

1st was a disaster but figured it out. 2nd order was coming due, noticed I was low on my antipsychotic medication and dilengly watching my email for notice from DIRX. I had 5 days left and I called the help center. They stated the order was on back order and should be processed in the next couple days and the 7 to 10 days for shipping. Not cool,..I explained my situation and was repeadly told to calm down asked to speak to Manager and was sent to a bs voicemail to leave a message. I called back every day and left a message with the "manager". I never recieved a call back or help. Finally the medication came in and I already had my pharmacist send prescriptions to another pharmecy. I told them to cancel the order, "No sir it's in processing" and can't be canceled. I Saud has it shipped, have you billed yet. I can't tell and no you can't cancel. I deleted everything in my account, emailed them to cancel. They did this for me, but the order 4 days later was finished processing and billed my account. The items are supposed to be at my door 9 days for shipping. Wow, if I waited I would be 14 days without medication. This is the worst company, between not caring if a person has there meds, not notifying people in advance about stocking issues, not having a management team to help, not canceling a order. (Most companies you can cancel as long as it has not shipped). This company is very shady and they hold some very important information that they hold. Scary scary...do not use,..let this company go belly up. Stay away

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company. Their website states they will ship the product within 24 hours of receiving the prescription and it should arrive within 5 to 7 days. Not true. It has been 10 days since they received the prescription and the product STILL HAS NOT shipped. Instead of going to social media right away, I escalated the issue to the CEO who had the Director of the Customer Service, Brian, department contact me. The Director promised to check into it. He said he would make some calls to make sure we had the medication before going out of town. He did not follow through despite several phone calls and text messages. He also never answers the phone, it goes straight to VM. I also spoke to the Supervisor who assured me the Director would be calling me back 3 days ago. I never received the call. Pretty terrible that the head of the Customer Service department has no sense of urgency, especially when these items are medically necessary. The medications are for Parkinson's, Thyroid disease and high Cholesterol, which we will now run out of. Brian could care less. Without the Parkinson's medication, my fiancé will not sleep a wink. Again, do not purchase from this company.

2 out of 7 orders within 3 months, 5 pending

I transferred seven scripts from CVS two and a half months ago, to minimize our “donut hole” obligation. After many customer-support calls over two months, we were told that all scripts were pending - because all scripts were combined into one and some of the drugs were not available yet. At this point we asked if the scripts could be separated into individual scripts and were told that they could be, which allowed two of the drugs to be released and shipped. Since then, the other five are still not available, thus five drugs have not been available for almost three months. The irony is that I paid $180 for the annual savings plan, which they said is not refundable even though they cannot provide the drugs. Since I’m running out of some drugs, I asked what I should do. They said I should just get the drugs from another pharmacy, until they could fulfill their obligation with no indication as to when that may be.

    Before February 1st and 2nd, 2024

Before February 1st and 2nd, 2024, a 5-star rating was warranted. However, the recent experience with the company has been disappointing. While initially charging the correct amount for medication reorders, an unauthorized duplicate charge occurred on February 1st and 2nd. Despite providing evidence, the refund process took over a week for only one charge. The company denied responsibility for the second charge, insisting it was a bank error. This situation has soured our long-standing relationship of over 2 years. Such financial discrepancies are unsettling, especially for those on fixed incomes.

RUN! DIRX IS NOT LONGER TRUSTWORTHY!

RUN!! Don't give them business! Dirx.com was great in 2023. HOWEVER, in 2024 DIRX is almost always OUT-OF-STOCK of our prescriptions. These are common drugs too! Our DIRX accounts show the medicines pending, but they don't notify you they are out-of-stock. Therefore, twice now we have run out of our prescription medicines. When we do get them it is weeks past the refill date. The only way you find out is to call them yourself to find out if they are in stock or not. What kind of business does this? Probably one that is going bankrupt is my guess.

Disappointed to find out my automatic refill was unavailable only after calling 12 days later. Additionally, the need to personally call for medication, despite the doctor's prior prescription, is inconvenient. Improvements could be made by promptly notifying customers about stock shortages and aligning with doctors' prescriptions without necessitating additional customer calls for orders.

I'm really disappointed with the service from this company. They didn't tell me my automatic refill was out of stock until I called them 12 days later. Also, I didn't know I had to call to order my meds even though my doctor had already sent the prescription. They should let customers know when a medication is out of stock and fill prescriptions without needing customers to call.

    Good luck getting anything!

My prescriptions have “disappeared” into their system multiple times resulting in my doctors office having to refax scripts repeatedly. One person says things are fine and are “processing”, next week when nothing comes, your prescriptions “don’t have refills” despite the label in front of you. The prices are only good if you get the service. Major disappointment. Steer clear.

I can't say enough good things about DiRx. It was a relief to discover a way to afford my cancer medicine at a more reasonable price, and DiRx made it happen. I chose the yearly plan, and all three medications I take come at no extra cost, aside from the plan fee. The medications always arrive on schedule, and if I need a new prescription, DiRx takes care of reaching out to my doctor.
