Ugh, so I'm all the way from South Africa, right? First time diving into ordering on this site. They throw out PayPal, debit, and credit cards as payment options. Great! But when I'm ready to shell out the cash, bam! They're only asking for a credit card, which, surprise, I don't have. Talked to an agent, and they drop the bomb – need a credit card. Major bummer 'cause I'm on the hunt for new glasses, and now I'm left feeling majorly disappointed.

Had a bad time with this company. The first pair came much larger than what the picture showed. The second pair had the same issue and was a completely different color than what I picked. No one seemed to care or offer any help with returning them.

Ich weiß nicht, wie sie das geschafft haben, aber diese Brille lässt mich tatsächlich wieder mit meinem linken Auge sehen, das ich mein ganzes Leben fast blind war. In den letzten Jahren habe ich bei verschiedenen Firmen Brillen bestellt, alle mit der gleichen Stärke, doch jede Firma macht es irgendwie anders. Firmoo hat es geschafft, eine Brille zu machen, mit der ich wieder große Schrift lesen kann (was ich seit fast 15 Jahren nicht konnte), und ich hoffe, dass ich durch regelmäßiges Tragen irgendwann die Sehkraft zurückbekomme! Der Versand war richtig schnell, die Brille kam aus China – zum Vergleich: Ich habe hier in den USA Hosen bestellt, und die brauchen eine ganze WOCHE!... diese Brille kam schneller als manche Pakete in unserem eigenen Land 😂 Die Fassungen sind echt hübsch, und ich freue mich darauf, bald noch mehr zu kaufen.

Április 19-én adtam le a rendelést, és május 1-jén kaptam meg a szemüveget, ami gyorsabb volt, mint amikor anyukám a helyi ismert optikától rendelt. Az általam rendelt szemüvegek fantasztikus minőségűek, kényelmesek és nagyszerű áron vannak. Ha olyan vagyok, mint én, és izgatottan várod az új szemüvegedet, akkor a nyomkövetés nagyon jó és folyamatosan frissítve van. Nem hiszem, hogy bárhonnan máshonnan vennék szemüveget!

Die Gläser sind gut preiswert und als sie ankamen, war ich sehr zufrieden mit der Sicht. Besser als beim lokalen Optiker. Die Lieferung war schnell, obwohl sie aus China kamen. Sehr zu empfehlen und ich würde wieder dort kaufen.

Nagyon jók. Az első szemüvegem túl széles lett (az én hibám). A méreteket fel is tüntették a weboldalon. Nem volt egyszerű visszaküldenem, ezért visszatérítették a pénzt anélkül, hogy visszakapták volna. Ez egy kivétel volt, de jól mutatja, hogy mennyire segítőkészek az ügyfélszolgálatnál!
