The third attempt was a success, saving us a considerable amount of time, and the partial they crafted is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. After the second set was approved by the Resetsmile dentist, I got the final product in about two weeks. Luckily, the tooth fit well right away, and no tweaks were needed. I was highly impressed with the prompt delivery of my impression kit. Once I received my appliance, it fit perfectly, except for a minor issue of rubbing on my tongue and causing a sore spot. The company sent me a kit to improve the fit, and although I'm still working through it, the company assured me they would assist with anything, including a refund if necessary. The only hiccup was being put on hold and then asked to leave a voicemail when I needed assistance before the weekend.

I filled out the contact us form to ask if I should do the impression now or hold off, but I didn’t get any answer. My kit arrives in 2 days, and I’m still unsure if I can wait to use it. I also tried calling, but it just went to a voicemail. Overall, the customer service has not been a good experince.

I just got my new smile & when I put them in, I couldn’t believe it, they fit just right. At first, I thought this whole thing might be a scam, but I needed partials or I might have lost my wife. She told me partials or else. She wasn’t kidding. I had to take impressions 5 times, messed up the first 4, so on the 5th one, I called customer service & spoke to Armaine. I asked if she could help with my impressions. She really helped me out. There are some steps you have to time, and Armaine told me not to worry, she’d let me know when each step time was up. She explained exactly what I needed to do for each step. The company wanted 2 sets of impressions. Once I finished the first step, she asked me to send a picture, so she could check if they were better than the bad 4 I’d sent before. She took a quick look & told me to forget the second set, these looked just right. I would have messed up the 5th set if it wasn’t for Armaine. This company could not have done better, getting partials online, who would believe it.

After three fittings and sending in impressions, I faced some issues. The first device didn't match because of poor lighting, so they sent a new one after a fresh photo. The second device was a little snug, leading to another impression being made. On the third try, it finally fit well, and I’m getting used to wearing it. It blends well with my teeth's color and shape. I hadn't smiled in ages, especially after losing my front teeth at 13 on a water slide. Now, at 28, I’m making progress despite the high costs of dental work. I would suggest Reset Smile as they continue to adjust until it suits you. This is my true opinion about them. Happy and smiling now! 🤍 I ordered in July or August, writing this on Oct 28.

The item is just as described. They are really good at sending emails and keeping you in the loop during the whole process. From the moment they send it out, to getting your imprints, and even telling you the exact date you’ll get your teeth. I like it a lot. It fits well and, of course, needs some time to ajust, especially for speaking with it on. Would 100% recomend it. The price is very fair, especially with the payment option.

The entire process went just as they said it would, and they allowed me to pay extra for fast services since I needed the appliances for an upcoming trip.
